The Rock 'N' Roll Angel
The rock 'n' roll angel came down from the heavens to earth,disguised as Arika. She looked lke a 14 year old girl,and enrolled into Middleton Secondary school. She blended in well as a Secondary (Sec.) 1 student,making her own good friends,Nadia and Ruriko. She was always found with them,but sometimes Nadia and Ruriko quarrelled, and she would step in to be a peacemaker. It seemed as though a very long time since she had come down to earth.
The next year in Sec. 2,Nadia and Ruriko transferred to different schools. Arika was left without her best friends. Although she still had her classmates from last year, none of them really bonded with her like Nadia and Ruriko.
Arika was always on good terms with her fellow classmatesand could normally be found with them during lunch breaks and after school. Besides that,she was also rather popular with guys in school.There were tons of people who actually knew her name, and she didn't even know them. Even more popular than her, if possible, was Joan. Joan recieved many expensive presents, which she gave away, whether she liked them or not. Not that Joan had a bad personality, she just didn't want their presents.

On a particularly rainy day during Geography, she couldn't stand the homesickness that she had, ad excused herslf to the toilet, just to get out of the classroom and take in the clean, fresh air. But as she stepped out of the classroom, the wind caught her hair and tossed it playfully,and the two golden wristbands pulled together with a strong magnetic pull. The world turned dark, then suddenly, a light shone on Arika.
Her hair tie was pulled loose by the wind, revealing her layered, brown waist-length hair, which was suddenly cut to shoulder level. Her eyes flared sapphire blue, and the wristbands began to change into black, and started to extend into gloves,then to sleeves, then into a body-hugging shirt, which ended just above her waist.Black jeans extended from her hips to her ankles,leaving her waist exposed,and revealing her hourglass body shape.Her shoes were silver sport shoes,which glittered as she walked;the only one of its kind.Hanging earrings carrying the cross hung on her ears. The transformation was almost complete- suddenly,her wings sprung out of her shoulder blades,big, magnificent and a dazzling white.
The transformation was finished. To everyone who wsa watching,it was as though a buble around her broke, and her angel formed was revealed.Everyone stared in awe. She opened her mouth. "My name, is Angyl," she said in a soft,tinkling voice. Sitting on the balcony,she waved to her class, before leaning backwards to fall out of the balcony and falling headlong towards the ground. Her teacher ran out of the classroom in shock,and leaned over the balcony to look for her.She felt a tap on her head. She looked up, and there was Angyl, sitting there calmly looking at her,and assured her she was fine.With a tinkle of laughter, she flew around the whole school, rejoicing over her transformation. She started to sing a beautiful song. But the song could only be heard by selected few,who knew her well, and liked her.The people who heard looked out the window,and saw Angyl laughing and waving at them,before taking off again.
She started a new song, one everybody could hear. Everyone ran out to the carpark to see who was singing. Hovering up in the sky, she used the clouds to write,"thank you for the wonderfull experience,I'll visit again soon!"Then she flew away, humming the mesmerizing song. Just before her good friends left, they saw the words "Rock on! Don't ever change." written on the sky.
