About:Isaac comes from Vale, the town that has stood guardian over the elemental stars, which had been hidden deep within Sol Sanctum for many generations. These four jewels contain the essence of the elemental energies that compose all matter: earth, water, fire, and wind. If the jewels are used to light the elemental lighthouse, the power of Alchemy will be unleashed upon the world again. Isaac is intent on stopping Saturos and Menardi, who have stolen three of the elemental stars. Isaac himself currently holds the Mars Star.
Rumours:It seems as though Isaac and Jenna were... an item!! oOoO... isn't that cool? and it gets more obvious in Golden Sun 2:The Lost Age!! When your two parties meet... But,play the game yourselves to hear what happened!

About:Garet is the grandson of the mayor of Vale. When the elemental stars are stolen from Sol Sanctum, Garet ventures out of Vale on a great journey with his best friend Isaac.
Rumours:Well.. I don't know about rumours.. But Garet is sure one hot-headed guy!!

About:Raised by Master Hammet, a powerful merchant in the village of Kalay, Ivan possesses the power to read the hearts and minds of others. Master Hammet entrusted Ivan with the Shaman Rod, a staff of immense power. When the rod is stolen from Ivan, Isaac and Garet offer to help him recover it. Ivan joins Isaac and Garet and pursues Saturos and Menardi with them. High atop Venus Lighthouse, Ivan surrenders the Shaman Rod to Felix in exchange for Sheba's safety.
Rumours:This isn't a rumour. This is fact!! Master Hama from Lama Temple is Ivan's sister,and Ivan is one of the siblings from Contigo to inherit special powers,powers to control the wind. People from Contigo are descendants from Anemos,a legendary city with people who could control the wind,which floated up to the sky,and supposedly became the moon.

About:Mia joins forces with Isaac's party in order to protect the Mercury Lighthouse. She learns that Alex, another member of her ancient tribe, has allied himself with Saturos and Menardi. When they succeed in firing the beacon of Mercury Lighthouse, Mia realizes that her fate is now bound to that of Isaac and his friends.
Rumours:Mia and Alex were once a couple.. Or something like that. Anyway,in Golden Sun 2:The Lost Age in Jupiter Lighthouse,if you try to read Alex's mind,you will find that he wants to help Mia,but doesn't. In his opinion,he's too weak,to still have feelings for Mia. I think that's nice in a guy... Especially since Alex happens to be such a great looking guy!! *wink wink!!*

About:Saturos is the leader of a party that went to raid Sol Sanctum,but only two of the party survived. They started the storm that caused the death of Isaac's father and Jenna's parents. Supposedly Felix had also died,but he was saved by Saturos and Menardi.The aim of Saturos is to light all the lighthouses.
Rumours:There are hardly any rumours about this guy...... At least,none that I've heard of...

About:Menardi is supposedly more hard hearted and cruel than Saturos. She was one of the two that survived the storm of Sol Sanctum. Menardi shares Saturos' sentiments,and wants to see all the lighthouses lit.
Rumours:As in Saturos' case,there are no rumours of which i've heard of... Too bad..... :(

About:Felix was said to have drowned in the storm that Saturos and Menardi created. Maybe his and Jenna's parents and Isaac's dad lived through the storm too!! Anyway,Felix follows Saturos and Menardi to light the lighthouses,for no apparent reason. You won't be fighting him though, and he does treat Jenna well!
Rumours:In GS2,there are hints that Felix likes Menardi's little sister. But then again,there is Sheba,whom he tried to save when she fell from Venus Lighthouse. Well,who knows???

About:Alex is from the Mercury clan,like Mia. He too,had sworn to prevent the mercury lighthouse from being lit,but for some reason,he change and joined the bad side,and now wants to light all the lighthouses.
Rumours:It is rumoured that Alex likes Mia,or Mia likes Alex.Either way,they still classify as a couple.. Sorta. It becomes more evident in GS2 that Alex likes Mia. *Read his mind before going to light Jupiter Lighthouse. teehee.. And he thinks he's weak cos he can't control his feelings.. I think Alex is soo cool!! Too bad,cos I don't think Mia returns his feelings.. How sad... Do you think he'll fall for me??

*bats eyelids* Alex is sooo handsome!!*falling head over heels in love...*

About:Jenna is Felix's younger sister,by 3 years. She was kidnapped (more like held hostage first),in the Elemental Star Room in Sol Sanctum,by Saturos,Menardi and Felix. But for all those who love Jenna,don't worry,cos Felix won't let any harm come to his sister!! Such a family man. Anyway, you do get to control Jenna in the start of the game,but you won't be controlling her for long,so she is,to me,a major non-playable character.

Age: Old (heehee..)
About:Kraden is a scholar sponsored by Lord Babi of Tolbi to study Alchemy,and the ancient city,Lemuria. Kraden is pretty useful in scenes where you need a fast tongue and sense,but he's pretty useless in stuff like battles. He never appears for battles!! And he is the one who started this whole thing....
Rumours:Kraden hasn't any rumours. At least,none that I know of.. Anyway,he's too old for this sorta thing! *loud voice rumbles:"Respect your elders!!"*

Age: Well,I'm not sure, but I think it's 17!
About:Sheba is from Lalivero. Sorta. She fell from the sky and Faran adopted her and cared for her in Lalivero. The people of Lalivero hold her in high esteem, and Faran is convinced that whenever something bad happens to Sheba,the event that rescues her is nothing short of a miracle. Sheba is a Wind Adept,and was held by Lord Babi to force the people from Lalivero to work on the Babi Lighthouse. Saturos and Menardi kidnapped her,so that they could have access to Jupiter Lighthouse. She fell from Venus Lighthouse when the foundations started to crumble,and Felix followed her in an attempt to save her.
Rumours:It seems as though Felix likes Sheba.... After all, Felix did try to save Sheba... OooOoO....Sheba looks something like Ivan though.... Yellow hair..... No,blonde...
