Gold Star puts out comp cds on a rolling basis every couple of months, each band or sponsor involoved buys 1 or more track spaces on the cd, each band and sponsor agrees to pass out or sell(for their profit) their share of comp cds in their hometown areas. The more bands and sponsors involved in each cd raises the amount of cds produced in increases the area where they are circulated in. Gold Star also over runs each project and sends the extra cds to worldwide media, radio, and promotion contacts.
