Hello Everyone!
As you all know, my job takes me all over the US and I have kept a journal over the past 3 yrs from each trip I take!
I was updating my journal the other day and I have another trip to share with you.
So hop on board and come travel with me!

This was back in the early part of May of this year, and there was several Motor Homes and Travel Trailers going to Wash.State to a spring show. I was dispatched with several others and my team driver, also my best friend, I call him my ( navigator ) we had planed to drive back to our office in Colburg Or. to bring back two Motor Homes east!
After we made our deliveries in Wa. we got down to Or. and we found out our units weren't quite ready to leave yet, so we just hung out there at the office waiting.
We met two other drivers there who was from Montana. They were waiting too. We got to chatting with them and decided to go to dinner. We found out that they were going back east too.. Betty was taking hers to Tn. and Gary was taking his to Fla. I was bringing mine back into Indiana and Cy was
taking his to Ohio. So we decided to all travel together back east till we had to split and
go our separate directions!
It had started to rain, so we all agreed on leaving out around 4am in the morning to beat the morning traffic in Portsmoth!
Everything went as planned!
If any of you have been to Or, you all know how lush and green it is, Its a beautiful State!.. And at that time of the year all the wild flowers are in bloom!
Along the interstate there are scenic views that you can pull off the road to take pictures of the canyon!
We all decided to take a break and stretch our legs, so we found a large pull off where all
4 of us could get into!
We all started walking down to the edge of this clift and It was sooo beautiful to see the yellow, and purple wallflowers! I just knew we had found the Garden Of Eden!!..I was the first one to the edge....Betty was on my right, and Cy was a little ways from my left and Gary was a short distance behind us all. I was just about ready to go back to my motor home to get my camera, when Betty let out this ear percing scream!! I turned to see what was wrong and she was running back to her motor
home..she jumped in it and shut the door!!! I turned around to see if Cy knew what the matter was, and he was perched up on this pointed rock.. With Both feet !!!..
Bout that time..I heard Gary say OMG !!! OMG !!! I turned around and he was standing there shaking his leg! He shake one, then the other!! Then both of them!!
And I thought Elvis was Good !!! Then he started yelling " Get it out.. Get it out"!!! And I yelled back "Get What Out " ??
I looked at Cy to see if he knew what was going on and he was laughing so hard tears were flowing!
! All he could do was point to the ground!.Then I seen them.!!!
All these little field mice running everywhere!!..LOL
Then I knew what was wrong with Gary!..lol..I bent over and tucked my pant legs in my sock tops,
just to be on the safe side! When I looked at Gary he had dropped his pants and was
standing there in his Boxers!!..LOL
I turned around thinking Betty would come out to help her husband and she was peeking out the window, shaking her head!!..lol
Then Gary says to me.." Judy..would you please come over here and check out my pants?".. LOL..
I walked carefully over to him, Giggling so hard as I picked up his pants, I thought to myself "Ole girl..you done it all now...
no one's gonna believe a man ask you to check in his pants for mice" LOLOL
Betty yells out the window and ask if we got them all, and I yell Back "Nope..Garys got 5 of um n his pocket and he's going turn them lose in your motor home..She screams again..slams the window shut..and locks the door! LOL
I shook out Garys pants, handed them back, he tucked them under his arm, and we carefully
headed back up on the blacktop! As Cy was climbing down from his pointed rock..
I noticed he had his pant legs stuck in his sock tops too..lol
Mother Nature plays tricks on you when you get extreamly tickled..and this being a Senic View..
I knew there were no bathrooms around..So I had noticed a pet area when we pulled in and thought to myself...whoes gonna know???.. Only a dog...but whoes he gonna tell??...
Sooo I found a kleenex in my pocket and sneeked behind the motor homes!..lol
When I came back around..Gary was standing there trying to talk Betty out of the motor home..
she made him empty his pockets, turn them wrong side out!!..lol
It took us several minutes to get our wits togeather, but we findly got back on the road !
We have made two very good freinds on that trip, and I talk to Betty at least twice a week on the phone. and they will be comming to visit in Sept !
Every time we talk...we laugh soo hard..just remembering!!
To this day...I dont know how Cy stood on that rock! I guess he's got the Balance tight-rope
walkers would die for!!..lol
And what makes him think..a mouse cant climb a rock !
