A web site all about the artificial sweetener, cyclamate.  I did not go very much in depth with this artificial sugar because it is no longer used in the United States.  Therefore, there is considerably less information on it.  The web site is by Zhong Hua Fang Da Ltd., one of the largest producers of cyclamate.
