Here's how you join the staff and requirements                             1.Have fast FTP upload for music videos (optional)                     2.have GOOD subtitlingexperience and can prove it with video or some type of item etc.                                                               3.Translating skill                                                                        4.have means of copying cd's  (cd/dvd burner) after being subbed 5.MUST HAVE TIME OPEN TO SPEAK ON INTERNET UNLESS PHONE IS AVAILABLE FOR USE (i won't call you well cept Jessy) 6.if you quit or lose staff position for any reason you cannot use these movies for distro-except when applying for other fansub site staff spots in which case I must be notified                                   7.don't annoy me (required)                                                     8.don't argue with me about anything(required)                           9.don't "put down" (make fun of) the site to anyone                     10.don't get other sites mad at this one                                              if you meet these requirements and are intrested                       E-MAIL ME and i'll get back to you asap
