a) Independently made Pusher
Car 3D model in Solid Edge of
the ongoing project of Vizag
Blast Furnace, which is
1st of it’s
kind in L&T’s history,
also generate Basic
& Detail drawing
from it.
b) Independently made Paddle
Feeder Machine 3D model in Solid Edge of the ongoing project of NTPC-Simhadri-II
& also generate Basic & Detail drawing from it.
c) Prepared Parametric 3D modeling of Different Mechanical components (like
Pin Bush Coupling, Ring Feeder, Thimble, Gear Box, Motor etc.) and Grating in
Solid Edge as standard database and can be retrieved time to time for saving
Engineering time.
d) Independent,
active & successful participation in Basic & Detail engineering of complicated assembly drawings of the project of Bucket Wheel Excavator - 1400L
for Neyvelli Lignite Corporation Ltd, which is also 1st of
it’s kind in L&T’s history has helped me to attain
schedule targets with accuracy & has given me enormous confidence in detail
engineering experience.
e) About 70% of the Major Engineering
Drawings of Bucket Wheel Excavator for Neyvelli
Lignite Corporation Ltd.has been prepared by me.
a) I have independently designed layouts of
various Support Structures, Chutes, Access & walkways for Bridge Reclaimer,
Stacker Reclaimer & Wagon Loader machines.
