Amelia Goudy was born near Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, sometime near 1878 she moved to Clifton Street in Springfield. In the fall of 1899 she suffered an attack of typhus fever from which she never fully recovered, and on the 12th of March, 1913, she fell and injured. her hip and did not walked a step since then but was about the house every day in a wheel chair. AMELIA GOUDY, daughter of Andrew GOUDY and, Elizabeth McBETH was born near Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, Aug. 21, 1826. She married HARRISON RICE 24 Aug 1846.

3. ELIZABETH EMMA RICE, b. 09 Oct 1852.
4. ANDREW WILLIAM Rice, born in Springfield, Ohio, June 27, 1855; died Sept. 13,1857.
5. EDWARD HARRISON RICE, b. 31 Jul 1858, Springfield, OH.
6. FOREST ANDREW RICE, b. 04 Jun 1863.
