Treasurer's Report:
Committee Reports:
Membership: Rob Perry got a new list from ARMA International of the conference attendees who are in the New Orleans area but are not members of GNO-ARMA. He will send them a letter inviting them to join GNO-ARMA and offer them a free one-year chapter membership.
Old Business:
Camera: Kathryn Smith asked Cannon if they would donate a camera to GNO-ARMA. They said that would not be possible. Kathryn volunteered to be the chapter photographer.
Election Time Frame: It was suggested that the chapter elections for Board of Directors be moved from May to April. A question was raised about having to change the chapter by-laws if the date was moved. Rob Perry will check on this and report at the next Board Meeting.
Web Site Update: Monica Chauvin announced that it would cost $8.95 per month to upgrade the web site. For this charge, pop up ads would be eliminated, bandwidth would increase and GNO-ARMA would have its own domain name. A credit card would be needed to pay this charge directly through Yahoo. Monica said that if we moved from Geocities the site would have to be rebuilt. Monica also announced that the chapter would need to find a new webmaster in April 2003 due to her maternity leave. Kathryn Smith volunteered to take over and possibly move the site from Geocities.
President's Report:
Rob Perry would like to have a committee meeting in January 2003 to set the goals for the upcoming year. This meeting is planned for the second week in January.
