| Appoint Jennifer Berniard as replacement board member for Sue Vogel. Motion made by Rob Perry, Seconded by Melanie Gonzales, proxy vote by Barbara Jacob. Approved. Leadership Conference - Motion to pay Jennifer Berniard's ARMA dues and Leadership Conference attendance including travel made by Rob Perry. Seconded by Gaylane Bonck. Approved. Charity Donation - Motion by Rob Perry to make the City of New Orleans Archives our charity for this year. Seconded by Jennifer Berniard. Approved. Bosses' Luncheon - Motion to pay for Susan Avery's airfare for speaking by Gaylane Bonck. Seconded by Melanie Gonzales. Approved. |
