| Minutes from the Board Meeting May 21, 2003 |
| Total deposits from the Spring Seminar was $1,675.00. Total expenses, including purchase of digital camera was $621.35. We have an April 30, 2003 ending balance of $7,048.88 and a total balance of $12,884.19. |
| Minutes from Previous Board Meeting: |
| Barbara motioned to approve the minutes of the last meeting and Gaylane seconded the motion. Minutes approved. |
| New Business: |
| ARMA's Website - Kathryn is still having problems updating the site, but is still working on it. Bosses' Luncheon - October 15, 2003. We will check with ARMA International and get in touch with Peter Herman. Barbara suggested a speaker on Government Archives for this or a future meeting. Meetings - The July meeting will be the Installation of Officers. The "Round Table" discussion of current projects will be changed from the July to August meeting The Leadership Conference is at the end of July in El Paso. There will be no meeting in December. The ARMA International Conference is in Boston in October - it is half price registration fee for all those who worked last year. Registration is paid for all those accepted as Speaker Assistants. |

| Slate of Officers - list sent. Will ask for any more nominations then vote. We will request Carrie Fager to attend for Installation of Officers. Travelers Aid - $357.00. Invite to next meeting to accept. |
