The rules tell you everything you need to know before you join this rpg.
Starting

All right lets get started. I try to make this RPG as strict as it can be. But that dosn't mean so strict that you can't have fun. Just respect me like you would to any other webmaster. This RPG is run by e-mail, you e-mail me your actionand I post it on the website. Before you move on here are some of my personal rules:

1. I don't usualycopy things from other rpgs. This rpg I made by myself. I don't expect other rpgs to copy from this page. It is againct the rules plus this site is copyright.

2. No arguing at me or battle writerson how they wrote their battles. If you lost you lost

3. There will be some cussing in battles sometimes. Yest I don't expect you guys to cuss all the time

4.
Do not question, complain, or whine about my actions. It really gets annoying and if you really annoy me I will kick you out,

5. The main part about this role-playing game is to have fun and enjoy it while it lasts.

E-mails & Updates

The Gundam Mutant Pilots RPG runs 5 days a week. That's Monday-Friday. Those are the days when you are permitted to send me e-mails.  Saturday and Sunday are the days when I allow people to join. If members sendany e-mails to me on Saturday or Sunday it will deduct on their VP (you can go into negative VP).

E-mail me at
[email protected] your actions. You are allowed to send me one e-mail a day. Also don't send me advanced e-mails. You send me your action the day you want to do it. Don't send me e-mails after 9:00 eastern. If you do they will be deleted. After that the next day you can send me another action (including 12:00 mid-night).

Sides

In this RPG there will be 4 sides that you can choose from to join. Earth Federation, Zeon Duchy, Tragos Organization of the Zodiac, and Rouge. Each has their own pros and cons. So choose wisle the only way to switch sides is to die. Also please know that no one else may be neutral, thats only for me.

Earth Federation- when you are an EF soldier you will start with $300,000 and receive a weekly salary of $300,000 (every Saturday).

Zeon Duchy- as a Zeon you start with $500,000 yet you get $100,000 for a weekly salary (every Saturday).

Tragos Organization of the Zodiac- Pretty long huh? As a TOZ soldier you start with $400,000 and get a weekly salary of $150,000 (every Saturday).

Rouge- The Rouge soldiers start with $500,000 and get no salary, however if they win an ambush they take $50,000 from their opponent. Rouge gets instant repairs on the 4 main colonies and Earth.

Your sides don't affect the way you battle. If you are a Zeon you can still attack another Zeon.

EF, Zeon, and TOZ have bases everywhere. Rouge does not.

Pilot Power & Attack

Since you are a mutant you have to have a certain power for yourself. There are two to choose from.

Phycic- you can read other peoples minds or move objects with your mind.

Magician- Trago's specialty, Magic contains like disappear or magic ray.

Now that you have chossen your power you need to choose your power's attack

Phycic- Mind Control or Mind Mover

Magician- Disappear or Magic Ray

Why do you need this stuff? Because you will need them for missions if you want some extra VP. It will also help you in battles.

Your Mutants Power Control will start out as an F. It will get stronger after every spar or if you train. But you will need to Spar more than once to get to the next letter. A + is the highest. Each time you reach a new letter you maintain your mutant power a little more.

You can train on either of the Stars(see info page)to raise your skill. People with systems(any kind of psycommu) will autimaticly raise their skill everytime they use their respected system. It may take more than one battle to raise it. But once you reach C+ the only way to raise it is by training on a star. You may continue using your system to raise it but it will take FOREVER. There may even be a class beyond A+...

Battling

Battling is what people mostly do in this RPG. Each time you battle you get an amount of VP. Now I don't have a scale so it dependson how well the battle was. There are only 3 ways to battle in this rpg. Battles are written by me or battle writers and we determine the outcome. Below are the ways to battle.

Duel- when you want to have a duel with someone both of you must e-mail me in order for it to happen. If only one of you doesthen there is no duel.

Ambush- when you ambush someone e-mail me who you want to ambush.

Spar- A Spar is exactly like a duel except with mutants and you can only spar when you are on Black Star or Astroid Star. No one can die in a Spar. The Spars are posted on the Events Page.

Group Assualt- This is when two teams can battle eachother. Or just a group GUndams vs another group. The Group Assualts are posted on the Events Page.

Base Attack- this is one someone or a group attacks a base, colony, satellite, or ship.

You must be on the same planet as the person you are going duel or ambush. You can't be repairing either.

Veteran Points

Veteran Points (VP) is what you get after every battle wether you lose or win. VP also helps you get your Upgrade.

In battles my battle writers and I will most likely look at VP and weapons to determine outcomes of battles.

If you beat a newbie with little VP then you get less VP than the newbie.

Dieing & Repairing

After every battle you might have to repair. You can repair to 1-5 days but if you repair for 5 days that means your gundam was destroyed and it will take 5 days to repair. While your gundam is destroyed you can still travel and shop.

When you are repairing you can't get attacked. When you dieit will take 6 days to make a new pilot. Give me your new pilot name plus history at the dayyou're undead. When your dead no VP is lost yet you lose $50,000. When your dead you can't do anything for 6 days.

Upgrading

Every gundam in the RPG has to upgrade. Upgrading gets you to a new stage and your first one will be when you reach to 100 VP.

When you reach 100 VP then you have to destroy your gundam. You can destroy it in battlebut most likely you might die or you can self detonate it. Once your Gundam is destroyed you are Gundamless for 10 days. You can't do
anything while your gundam is Upgrading.

After the ten days your upgrade will be completed and ready for battle. When you have your first upgrade you have the opportunity to train with it for another 10 days and get some VP.

Some mobile suits don't have upgrades. I will design only two for them (including mobile armor). I can't draw for shit and I don't have a scanner so I will not be able to draw the upgrade. Unless one of the members become an upgrade artist.

The second upgrade I will not guarantee it will be close to the first.

Taking Prisoners

If your base has a prison compound then you have the ability to capture some mutants. If someone attacks your base and fails then you get to capture the pilot. A suit with a jetpack equipped just might escape though. A prison compound can only hold 4 prisoners at a time.

When you have a prisoner you have a maximum of 20 daysto hold them. After 20 days are up they are released. During those 20 days you have the choice to hold them for ransom, torture them, or freeze them. If you choose to torture a prisoner then you can only torture the pilot for a maximum of 10 days and its one person per torture. The one that you torture will lose 1 VP each day. Ransom you must e-mail me and tell me the price then if he has a team I will e-mail the team leader.

To freeze a prisoner your base must deploy a freezing block. The only thing a freezing block is for is to freeze prisoners. You can freeze them maximum of 5 days one person at a time. After they get out they stay cold and you take $20,000 from each prisoner you freeze.

You can only do one or the other to a prisoner.

Villians

Through out the rpg a super villian will show up. Sometimes you will need your gundam to deafet him/her and somtimes you won't. These villians will be extremly hard to deafet and if you try to deafet any by yourself you will surely die.

The Villians will be posted on the news when they come. The first one, Madusa Sorceress of Phycic has already shown up but I am not going to tell you the others.

Dog Fights

This is my own little idea and is not fought with real dogs. A dogfight is bomb, machine gun, and turrent battle with ships. If your base is attacked by a ship then you have the choice to get in one of your bases ship if you have one docked or you can justdefend the regular way.

Dogfights are also duels. Both have to e-mail me and it will be posted on the Events page.

Capturing Planets

All the planets except Earth are opened for people to capture them (including the L Colonies) but you can't capture a planet unless you have joined a team.

To take control over a planet you must establish three bases on the planet all of them spaceport and prison block. Once you have done this you must destroy all of the rest of the bases on the planet of colony. After that step then you have captured a planet.

When you capture a planet 1 million dollars are given to your team account each week. If you have refineries on the planet or a resource satellite is attached to one of the colonies then you get double the payment.

Switching Suits

Don't like your mobile suitand you found out theres a batter one open? Well switching your suit is the answer. I'm only allowing members to switch suits once every month. There isn't a specific day its just when I say.

When you switch suits no VP is lost  you stay with the same VP just new suit. If you have an Upgradethough and you switch suits you must upgrade again with the new suit.

Join

I'm not telling you how to join here. You have to go to the joining page. But if you have rea all the rules and looked through the site then you might just become an official member of the Gundam Mutant Pilots RPG.

Training & Classes

You can only train and take classes at one of the stars. Your gundam can not be used in one of the stars. If you train you get a little closer to your next letter.

Take classes to learn new abilities for your mutants power.
