Accident
BE STILL,AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD; I WELL BE EXAULTED AMOUNG THE NATIONS. I WILL BE EXAULTED IN THE EARTH!!!!
December 2000 I was told I was in congestive heart failure I did not understand what all that meant. When I prayed to the Lord for him to heal me I felt him speak to my heart "BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD. I was sent to a cardiologist where I found out a little more what all was wrong with me. He told me my arotic heart valve was not functioning properly. The flow threw the valve is supposed to be approximately the size of a quarter and mine was about the size of a dime. He said knowing my history it was probably caused from the radiation therapy I had in 1981 for the cancer.
Then he said I might be fixable with surgery but, had to get my lungs better first. He left it up to me by
saying I might live 2 years if I don't have the surgery. If I would have the surgery the machanical valve was unlimited of years. So I chose to go to a heart surgeon who explained what would be done.
January 28,2001 I went through Arotic valve replaced by a machanical I tick,and 3 by pass surgery all at the same time,. I had just turned 41.But hey the first life sentence in 1981 was 3 months and this time it was 2 years so I thought we're improving HA-HA .
The total recovery was 1 year as the doctor told me . After surgery I was told I would be in Intensive Care Unit for 24-48 hours and be on the respirator,BUT GOD!
I was in surgery from 7:30 A.M - 12:00 P.M on January 28,2001 and I was off the respirator by 5:30 that same day and out of ICU the next morning when they had a bed available. Barely 24 hours after the surgery.. I remember waking up to hearing one nurse giving report to the other nurse about my testimony of having cancer in 1981.That I was pregnant and told to abort the baby because I only had 3 months to live and that baby was here with his dad earlier to be with his mom and he is normal. It was Awsome and then I heard "BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD". Then I realized this is All part of "BE STILL " lying there not able to speak because of the resperator but GOD was still getting the Glory of what he has done. The Lord carried me through that time of healing and he did indeed heal me I just would have rathered not to have to go through the broken chest bone and ribs but I was STILL and he did the healing . GO GOD GO!!!!!!!!!!!
