Global Training Associates , is a small business company specializing in the planning and implementation of customized training requirements. We provide on-call consultation and training staff augmentation for military or civilian training needs.

We are proud to be comprised of a team of former or inactive military members. Our commitment is to provide you with experienced and professional consultants and trainers, dedicated to giving you tailored quality support for your diverse training requirements from classroom instruction, to weapons range operations and exercises.

The combined efforts of our Training Associates working closely with your staff, provides you with a unique combination of unsurpassed expertise, experience and customer service excellence in training management and implementation. Each GTA Training Associate has years of training experience in their respective specialty areas of expertise. Additionally, every Associate has been on the receiving end of military training systems in various capacities and can empathize with trainees.

Our priority focus is to provide on-call training augmentation support to the military. However, we can also support state or local government agencies, as well as commerical training requirements.

We each take personal pride in our work and strive to maintain an excellent working relationships with our customers. We conduct timely After Action Reviews to insure we continue to improve our customer services.

Our on-call part-time staff associate trainers allows us to provide low-overhead cost-effective staff to support your changing mission specific training needs.

We support your requirements. Therefore, it is important that we work with you in advance of the scheduled training mission in order to understand and integrate the planning of your training requirements.

Global Training Associates is primarily oriented to serving military customers, but may assist other state/local Government agencies or Corporate clients with training support and temporary staff augmentation with high caliber personnel. GTA Associates are primarly Hawaii based, but may perform training support missions in the Global environment. GTA employees are experienced in working with the culturally diverse Pacific Rim nations.

 

We support your Training Requirements

The terms of the Training/Consulting Services Contract for specific training mission requirements govern contract performance. Contract costs will be bilaterally negotiated as individual fixed price contract agreement for each specific training mission. Please contact us for discussion of your training requirements. .

Our approach to training and consulting services is straightforward:

  • Training our military is a national priority and OUR priority. Education and Training are the basic foundation of successful performance.
  • We provide flexiblity and adaptability to your training needs with minimal overhead cost, since our training personnel are On-Call for specific part-time training mission requirements.
  • There is a four hour {1/2day) minimum for any On-Site work.
  • We have experienced military personnel to provide trainng, or to augment your training staff. Particular designated specialties can be tailored as needed to your training requirements.
  • We can provide as-needed "surge" capability, rather than you maintaining full time staffing.
  • Use of your existing training facilities reduces overhead and total training costs.
  • Up front negotiated fixed price contracting vice open-ended unpriced cost-plus contracting, allows you to plan your budget.
  • Post-Mission After-Action Reviews (AARs) are conducted with customer to make continual improvements to the Quality of our training services.
  • Our trainers are well suited for the augmentation of military Staff Exercises, Command Post Exercises and Field Training Exercises. We can provide Oppossing Forces, Role Players, Battle Staff Augmentees, computer operators, drivers, RTOs, guards, etc.
  • We can plan and run computer battle simulation wargames using your existing computer equipment and computer technical staff.
  • We can train your computer operators or battle staff.
  • We can prepare training documents such as: Simulation Control Plans, Scenarios, Exercise Directives, Risk Analysis, REDFOR and BLUEFOR ORBATs,training graphic and training schedules.
  • We can facilitate planning conferences, In-Progress Reviews and After-Action Reviews.
  • We have a reasonable fixed profit factor of 10%.
  • The foreign countries and cultures that we are experienced at working with include: Japan, Republic of Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Republic of the Philippines, Malaysia, East Timor, as well as the U.S. mainland.
