| RETURN POLICY:
All item(s) must be returned within (10 Days) from the time of receipt. Note** No packages will be accepted without Return Authorization Number (RAN#). To obtain a (RAN#) just e-mail us and we will send you a (RAN#) via e-mail within 24 hours. Customer agrees all returned products must be in 100% re-saleable condition and with all original packaging and accessories. "DO NOT" return items in the original box only! All return item(s) should be packed securely in a shipping box with all original packaging and original invoice, including the RAN# mark clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Customer must ship all Return Items via "Prepaid" Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail, etc. We will not be responsible for packages lost or damage during return shipping. Please insure shipment for full value of purchase. We "DO NOT" accept return merchandise shipped C.O.D. Buyer is responsible for return Shipping Charges and Insurance. We will do our best to make any necessary replacement or credit depending on our inventory. Item(s) returned and found non-defective will be returned at buyer's expenses. Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges are not refundable. Under no circumstances do we cover return Shipping Charges on Exchanges, Refunds, or Defective and Damaged Item(s) do to inappropriate usage. 25% RE-STOCKING FEE of the order's total amount (e.g. Cost + S/H + Insurance, if any) on all Returns for Exchange or Refunds, except for defective item. Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds after specified period will not be accepted. Returns that do not meet the above requirements will be refused by GLOBALCOMPU_LINK - With NO EXCEPTIONS. |
