People with Physical Disabilities

We at Central General provide Wheelchair access to its patient Wheelchairs are provided at no charge. Restrooms with access for people with disabilities are located throughout the hospital. We provide shuttle bus service from our site to our affiliate (Etobicoke General).

Hearing Impaired

We provide for the hearing impaired tty access upon hospitalisation. This service has no cost attached to it, its free. Closed captioned televisions are also available. Interpreters are on hand 24 hrs.

Visually Impaired

It is simple, escort service is provided at all entrances to enable people to get to their appointments.
