Imagine, if you will, that you somehow managed to make the old "blood mary" trick actually worked. Imagine that the person you summoned was the person you were actually trying to get a hold of and yet they looked like someone from a game or a cartoon that you were familiar with.
Ehren got tired of playing around with wikipedia one night and decided it was time she actually tried doing this by mispronouncing Cuchulainn's name over and over again to make him appear like "blood mary". Then, one by one, all four of her friends began to get similar results. Who would have ever thought such an unlikely group would ever form? An Irish hero, a French saint, an Ulster king and an English thief with a heart of gold, each summoned to protect the girls in the times to come.
