| What's a construction site without a foreman? Ours periodically shows up, inspects and shares a tuna sandwich with us. She's a neighbor's cat, but we don't really know where she lives. |

| Our biggest job of all was laying ceramic tile in the kitchen, dining room, hall, closets and bathrooms. It seemed to go on for weeks! It's very beautiful, now that it's down, but our knees and backs still feel it. |

| There's only one way to clean the mortar off tiles: lie down, stretch out as far as you can, and wash carefully. And hope you don't knock any loose. |

| Judy's job is to lay out the oak planks for color and artistic appeal. The cat's job is to sit in the window in a patch of sunshine and watch for birds. |

| That's where we are now...floors nearly in, kitchen cabinets going in, plumber, heatvac man and trim man still working so we can begin moving in next week. (second week of March). It's been a long road! |
