Gordon admires the deck and trees at our house on a sunny January morning.  House is still sporting primer color, but we will paint when the weather warms up.
Our
New
House
The house in side-view.  This wing is the master bedroom and bath. Above is the dormer window from the loft.
Inside the house in January and February, we have a lot going on. Here's Judy working on staining and varnishing trim boards.
Gordon gets to practice his rock-climbing skills while he paints the great room ceiling and walls.  It's 20 feet high in there!
Harold, our trim contractor, cuts oak boards in our great room.  This is a view from the loft.
Gordon finds a way to
use those old 5 gallon buckets of paint while he paints doors.
Here's Bill, our cabinet maker, showing us the facing on the oak doors.  He's a real artist, so we are going to have some beautiful cabinets.
