Part 5

Wednesday 27th August: Nameless Noise Festival! Well this was an interesting one... LOKS were first to play and they did a good set and lovely cover of Hey Mickey! Next up were Joanne's Fault, a band from dartford. They got on stage and started playing and were pretty good and then suddenly, they were unplugged. No we're not talking Matrix stylee... it was some lil old man with grey hair. He'd turned off the sound cos we were 'too loud', which we weren't. You couldn't hear it from the outside! Anyhoo, he theatened to call the police so Joanne's Fault had to do an acoustic set, which was gonna be hard as they were a "real rock band". So they packed their stuff, and went all the way back home. Everyone went outside while the adults tried to talk some sense into the senseless lil man, and finally we could go ahead as long as it wasn't as loud... -_- So TTB played and were great, then Nexus... Hannah can really sing, then Life Sentence those boys are all amazing on their instruments... ahem ;) and then the mighty 3DBs Down got the skanking going =) Despite all the hassle it was a good day and well done to Kris K for organising the charity gig! (oh yea, an article in the kent messenger was printed about the gig! they were very much on our side and for those of you who've read it, you'll know what i mean!)
Sunday 31st August: Jenna and Alice's Party/Gig! With Cake, SU50, LOKS and an extra bonus.... life sentence! The bands all played well and well done to them, and pete and brett for their rendition of Letters To You ;) Lu and I sneaked in a very strong vodka jelly and it was a big hit with everyone who had some! However, it got found out and angela, oh yes, just angela, got told off for it and it got tipped down the sink. ah well it was good while it lasted and may be used again in the future >=) The best part of the party was the sleepover though. there were about 25 of us (3 of which were bens, 3 jacks, 2 mikes and 2 rajs), staying over and it was brilliant! we had a couple o kum bay yah sessions (singalongs with the many geetar players), people licked Jack O's nipple and we wandered out into the road in the pitch black 'for fun'. hehe, then we decided we'd go up to the garage cos we were making quite a lot of noise. we set out our sleeping areas and there was more geetar playing. Ben E was great entertainment that night. He kept taking beer and stashing it away and kept coming out with things like...

ben: dan, can i call you dan wacky cos you've whacked me twice now
dan: er... ok
ben: thanks wacky!

ben and brett decided to open the attic door to see what was up their, but ben got scared of the spiders. they tried to close the door but couldn't, and the ladder fell down, missing brett by a hair! Jack Bremner had too much fosters and eventually paid for it by throwing up the next day. Raj D's 'i love you, i love you' slutbag bear needs to die. Jenna needs to have more cucumber in the fridge and Raj D and Jack O need to try not to be primitive beings and must learn to not eat raw food in future.

At 5am that morning (most people were still awake), Wacky, with his geetar, sneaks up next to Pete Ralph and sings, "OOOOOOOOOOOOH I WANNA TAKE YOU TO A GAY BAR!!" and still, pete sleeps like a log, bless him =)

Raj D, Abby, Lucinda and Angela barely got any sleep at all (though abby and lu made up for it in the proper morning.) Liam on the other hand, had had a half decent amount of sleep and was very much a morning person. He sat, with his sleeping bag in his lap, rocking and rocking and rocking in the rocking chair, squeezing raj's teddy and twirling the twirling thing all at the same time. What a clever boy! And we saw a whole different side to him, he was hilarious and told some great stories, as well as talking about eating horse for breakfast.

It was a great party so well done to Jenna and Alice and all the bands for making it one!
Friday 12th September: Lu, Vikki and Angela went ice skating... would've been more of us though it was a case of lifts and a car crashing into someone's house near Alice's! So we went anyway and Phil, Vinnie and Chris W were there too so we kinda all hung out together. It was a fun night what with Phil poking angela in the eye hard, chucking a massive lump of ice at her stomach, chucking a lump of ice at lucinda's head... twice, tripping us up, all of them stealing angela and lu's gloves and mittens and what with chris being a super speedy skater it was near impossible getting them back! thanks to phil and vinnie for helping get them back and the hockey stick girl for giving him a good coupla o whacks! umm lu and me flashed... our flashing star and heart, though lucinda's was way more flashy! chris and phil wanted to flash too so they did. we learned that angela was stronger than phil (with a lil help from vinnie! thanks!), that phil cannot glare, that chris sure as hell can, that vikki can skate, that we can't flick ice at people with our skates, but that the boys can (grr!) and that the ratio of grungers to pikeys at the ice bowl is like 1:100. Twas fun :) though our legs did kill afterwards, as in, when angela got back and tried to get dressed for bed, she couldn't lift her left leg up, and fell over.
Saturday 13th September: Righty ho, well a big mob of us went to bluewater... a mob of 18! beeyerlimey! it was pretty cool though obviously hard to keep everyone together but it was fine. first we got food and sat on the grassy grass and liam popped the pretty pink balloon (demon child). we all couldn't decide on a film so we ended up going to see Sin Eater (heath ledger...mmm). It was rather sh*te and predictable and the flickering weird scenes were about as scary as it could get. Jenna and me were hiding behind my bag when we thought something really scary was gonna happen but nope. Mind you, jenna jumped once and whacked me in the face! so afterwards we wandered around in our big 'mob' and bumped into heaps of people e.g. rox, phil, sass, fiona, emily, dawnio, philippa, matt l etc =) oh and there was this fashion thing going on with Storm (kate moss' agency!) and it was only the first heat but after doing some walking and talking, a guy got picked out of 4 others and likewise with the girls... and NINA GOT STOPPED BY THE MODEL SCOUTS AND THEY ASKED TO TAKE HER PICTURE AND TOOK HER NUMBER!!! that's the third time she's been scouted since she was 13. aww she's got such model looks. bitch. (only joking, we love you really!) oh and lu and i went in to La Senza, just so that ben could have a look around... dirty child. and when waiting for our lifts, we bumped into rox, phil, matt l and co, only for the boys to take out their fhm mags and start ogling! though we'll give them some credit.. they let us look at the male models in some little booklet =)
New Ash Green Music Night, September: It was a pretty darn tootin'ly good night wethinks! The bands were all brilliant, especially Kickshaw who just gave it their all and it paid off! Anonymous Heroes played a fantastic first gig, so well done to them too, and Jade may look quiet but she's an amazing singer =)
October 5th - Funday: Oooh and what a jolly fun day it was! We were all so unorganised and were drawing the banners on the day, had no petanque balls and no one playing on the Malteser stall! Except a couple of people and Matt L who doesn't even appreciate the joy of Malteserdom. Methinks he won too! So there's Lucinda standing on our little steps outside our form lab shouting, "TEST YOUR SUCKING POWER! HOW HARD CAN YOU SUCK?!" What can we say? Sex Sells ;) We didn't do too badly moneywise, so it was all good.

A bunch of us went to town afterwards and sat on the hobo bunch... our hobo bench and had a laugh. As we always say, "It's not where you are, but who you're with." awww! teehee!
Friday October 10th: Emily M's party! We all had a lil bit to drink beforehand at Tash's so we were all happified when we turned up. The marquee was just brilliant. We were expecting a lil white tent-like thing, and instead it was like a luxury marquee with a inner entrancey bit, steps down into a middly bit and then a disco area, with a dancefloor, lights, a dj, the works! The crowd was great too, lovely mingling going on, though Bobbie threw up pretty damn quickly! Alice was pissed off her head, Hannah had a great time *wink wink* and several others too... *wink winky wink wink* We wanna thank Emily for holding such a fantastic party and we hope you had a 16th birthday to remember!
Monday 13th October: Ali+Jeff's birthday mob! Which were... Ali, Jeff, Raj, Liam, Ben, Jenna, Vikki, Niki, Me, Lu, Tom, Mike, Alex, Fiona, Emily M, Hannah C, Charlie M and Sass! We went to find Nemo together! Twas much fun! The film had us laughing so much, though some more than others... la la la! Definitely a film we recommend cos there isn't a single point in the film that you could say is bad, it was quality all through...

Dori (talking about a tiny jellyfish she just found) and he will be mine and i shall name him Squishy and we shall be friends... (when she gets stung) baaaad Squishy!!

Friday 24th October: Jo T's Halloween Soir�e! twas a fancy dress affair, so we transformed Nikibob into a scary-as-fuck Marilyn Manson, and we (Lu, Angela, Vikki, Jenna, Flic n Rachel) were her gothic-cheerleader-biatches! The party was a blast and a half; everyone had fun wesays ;) much punch was consumed and all were merry and merry and there was tequila which tastes kinda nice =) Lucinda particularly remembers flying across the room with half a scythe (poor lil Sonny wasn't too happy that his monster defender no longer possessed magical lighting up powers-lalala 0=) ) and Nikibob and Rajpal had a lil fun with shook up bottles of coke exploding everywhere...tch! The sleepover part was rather spiffy also! Eay is fer.... EEEEEYYY!!!! Copious thanks to sexy devil Jo for an immense party and the puking and her amazing mummy- we love you Karen!
