| First, make sure that you understand, the key to a healthy body is diet and excersise! No matter how much you read about these diet pills and such THEY DON'T WORK!! Diet Rule One: Fast food is a no-no! If you are trying to loose an excessive amount of wieght then it is definitly off limits. If you are trying to keep your same wieght and just get toned then you might still want to stay away from them but a once a month meal won't kill! Rule Two: Veggies are always a good choice, cucumbers make a GREAT snack and have very little calories, even with a light dressing. Meat is alright just not an excessive amount. You do need your protien! Rule Three: Have a motivation. To stay on a diet you need a motivation or a motivator! Like that cutie in algebra! You could try having a contest with your friends...like seeing whose stomach can get the hardest! |
