| EX- JOURNALIST WINS AWARD Former journalist-turned-public relationer practitioner Virgilio Bugaoisan has been named one of this year's Huwarang Pilipino Awardee for Young Professionals in the 17th Annual Parangal ng Bayan of the Parangal ng Bayan Foundation and the National Consumers Council. The Parangal ng Bayan Awards, or the People's Choice Awards was jointly organized by the Parangal ng Bayan Foundation, the National Consumers Council (NCC) headed by Gov. Justo Ortize and Rev.
