All puppies teeth when they are little. They chew everything! A puppy (example: English Springer Spaniel) is learning what is alive and what is not by teething. When the puppy bites a toy, nothing happens, but if they bite you, you need to tell them it is not okay and it hurts.
English Springer Spaniel puppies need to go to the bathroom after waking up, excitement, after meals, and etcetera. At these times, take the puppy outside to the same place every time and wait with them. Once the puppy sniffs around, praise them. As soon as the puppy uses the toilet, give them a treat. If your puppy does not use the toilet, watch for sniffing and circling. If you catch your puppy going to the bathroom, say "outside" in a stern voice and take them outside quickly. If your puppy has an accident in the house, never be mad at them, it just means you weren't quick enough.
English Springer Spaniels are hyper dogs and might jump up. If you teach your dog that they can jump up, they might do it to others. It is dangerous and may cause an accident. To break your English Springer Spaniel from jumping up, think of a way your puppy to greet you, like sitting or fetching a toy. While you are teaching your dog to do this, ignore any jumping. Turn your back and fold your arms if they jump up, but praise and stroke your dog if they are sitting and being calm.
English Springer Spaniels bark for a number of reasons like alarming, sheer excitement, and aggression to animals. Do not encourage your dog to bark. When you laugh or praise your dog as they bark, they will probably do it again. Some people shout at their dog when they bark and their dog thinks they are barking encouragement. You should keep calm and quiet when your puppy is barking. They will have to do the same to listen to you. Usually a chew toy can stop a dog from barking.
