Family Curling Tournament 2004

Every March, our family has a curling tournament. The primary family are the Messier's and anyone related to that family are invited to play. So my family is related to them through my grandmother.

There are 3 trophies to be won each year. (Most points with 3 wins, most points with 2 wins, and most points with 1 win)

This was my second year playing in this tournament. Last year, we missed 1st place by 1.5 points. I played that tournament with my mom, my sister and her husband Denis. This year, I played with my mom, my cousin Denise and her husband Alain. We won the trophy for the most points with 2 wins.

Rob's Wedding

My closest cousin, Rob, got married on May 17th, 2003. I was one of the guys standing in his wedding party. I am very happy he picked me to be part of his special day. He's now married to a really wonderful girl, Marie-Anne.

Welland/Niagara Falls Road Trip

I went to Welland/Niagara Falls with some friends on Feb 7-8-9. It was really cool. Jerry, Michelle, Kim and Derek were my travel companions.

Once there we stayed at Melissa's place, one of Kim's friends. Wow, what a hostess! Friendly, nice, and she thought of everything. She did a good job of receiving us.

On top of visiting the falls, we went to a haunted house, went in a Ripley's Believe It or Not building and we did some shopping (for the ladies).

Then saturday night, we went to a bar in Welland. Fun time! For some weird reason, we kept getting free beer from the bartender. We must of got at least 15-20 free beers. In the end, I got pretty loaded and my friends had a good time laughing at me.

New Years Eve 2002

Well, here's a couple pics from my night at the Carusso Club on New Years Eve. I had a good time. It was fun. I went with my buddy Chuck, his girlfriend at the time, Jessica, and her friend Teresa. Both Chuck and I tried to get drunk, but the alcohol never hit us, although, in the picture, it seems like we were loaded.
