Mar 4 - 6 (Fri - Sun nights) Rendezvous in Miami at the Hilton DoubleTree Coconut Grove Hotel. (Rooms are locked in at $145 per night for the weekend.)

Mar 7 - 11 (Mon - Fri) Cruise aboard Carnival LInes Fascination departing Miami with stops in Key West, and Cozumel, Mexico, before returning to Miami. (Cruise prices are determined by your cabin selection, and are explained in the brochure.)

Q & A:
Q: Why March 2005 for our Reunion?
A: I conducted two Polls over the past year and the majority of you indicated that you wanted a reunion in the Spring of 2005. The month of March offered the cheapest cruise prices available.

Q: Why Miami? Wasn't the West Coast considered?
A: You haven't read the previous page. CLICK HERE to see why Miami was chosen. ALL ports were considered. Miami was the second most popular location for the reunion, so I combined the two most desired choices (Miami & a Cruise) to try to please the majority of you guys.

Q: Have the recent hurricanes affected our reunion plans?
A: NO! Only the Gulf Coast of Florida is trucking in sand to rebuild their beaches. We are GOOD TO GO!

Another NEWS FLASH! Due to increased Security precautions, Carnival Cruise Lines now requires the FULL NAME and DOB of each passenger matching the picture ID they will present prior to boarding. They have advised me that ANY variance from the advanced roster I submit will be subject to DENIAL OF BOARDING!  (See GR Group BB Posting #5026). Please, please CLICK HERE  to e-mail me this info so that there are no "glitches" prior to boarding. Listed below are Carnival's ID requirements. Dependent Military ID cards are NOT accepted. Additionally, Carnival Cruise Lines would like to know any pre existing conditions (or any medications you may require) in order to treat you properly during your cruise, should the need arise. Examples: High BP, anxiety, pregnancy, maybe even the need for medical Marijuana use. (Personally I listed “Old Perv on medical MJ and Viagra.” I am anxious to see what they preplan for me!) Har! I’ll leave your own listings up to you.
All kidding aside, this really is a serious request for anyone who might need medical attention during the cruise. Disclosure is voluntary – but it might save your life. NEW INFO: A special e-mail account has been set up to allow those not attending this reunion to express their opinions for the choice of the site for the Reunion 2008. It is: [email protected]. GREAT NEWS! Jan 17 - Carnival announced cabin upgrades one full level at no additional cost for those not already booked into a suite.  For many of you, this is a substantial $$$ savings and you don't have to spend the whole trip in the engine room anymore. Tickets are being printed now, and you should receive confirmation soon. I am still trying for more "perks" for our group booking, so check back frequently. (GR Group BB Posting # 5278).

Click the upper nav bar marked "Shore Excursions" Follow the steps to view the listings. NOTE: If you wish to pre-book any activities, you will need to add your booking number (from your ticket.) Some of the adventures are limited, and fill up FAST! (Personally, I'm really looking forward to peeing with the dolphins.)

Feb 28th UPDATE: Carnival just granted us a FREE open bar for one hour. Whee! Personally, I do not know how many FREE drinks I can consume in one hour, but I am willing to find out! This is yet another FREE perk that Carnival has given our group for booking one year in advance. (See FREE cabin upgrades detailed in GR Group BB Posting #5278 & this posting at #5557). It just keeps getting better and BETTER!
