Here is the Agenda for the "Land Lubbers" Rendezvous at the Hotel:

"LAND LUBBER" ATTENDEES AT THE HOTEL (Approx  Arrival Dates)

* Unfortunately, JB and Pam Pruitt had to cancel due to health concerns after JB's stroke
**Equally unfortunate is Dennis & Yvonne's cancellation due to health reasons
*** Another regret for Patrick & Liesa's cancellation for health reasons 
**** Gary & Pat tried - but the oncologist said no so that Fertilizer's chemo would not have an interruption!
+Darrel & Susan had to cancel recently, Reb's on deployment orders
++Bill and Bev also sadly had to cancel!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Fri, Mar 4th :
3-12 PM Check-in as you arrive. Visit the Hospitality Table to pick up nametags, coupons & info. Unpack and stumble around.
5-8PM Buy me a drink at the informal "meet & greet" gathering at the bar in the hotel lobby.
8PM until dawn- Free time to tour Miami environs with the other hard core early birds.

Sat, Mar 5th:
3-12 PM Check-in as you arrive. Visit the Hospitality Table to pick up nametags, coupons & info. Put on your nametag & pretend you know where you are. (Others will guide you.)
8-10AM  A nostalgic breakfast of grape Kool-Aide, a malaria pill, and powdered eggs.
Noon- 3PM  Lunch gathering at the pool. (A bar will be available...so don't forget me!)
5-8PM  Informal gathering at the bar to "meet & greet" the new arrivals & renew old fellowships and share war stories. 
8PM until dawn- Free time to tour Miami environs with long lost (or newfound) friends.

Sun, Mar 6th:
3-12 PM Check-in as you arrive. Visit the Hospitality Table to pick up nametags, coupons & info. RELAX -You made it! Greet everyone with a nametag to feel right at home.
8-10AM Join us for a breakfast of Orange Mimosas and eggs, and good conversation with the late arrivals still looking for their luggage.
Noon- 3PM Last lunch gathering at the pool to "meet & greet" late arrivals and informally share experiences. 
4 PM  A group Photo will be taken for the Reunion 2005 archives. Be there & SMILE!
5-8PM Gathering at the bar with a "Flaming Hooker" contest and informal business meeting. Intro of guests.
8PM until dawn- Free time to tour Miami environs with  friends.

Mon, Mar 7th: (Date to check out & board the ship)
8-10AM Final Breakfast gathering with Bloody Marys, toast and Tabasco-drenched eggs to sober up and say some good byes and exchange addresses. 
NOON Checkout of the hotel. (Ship boarding will be next). Shuttle Bus service will be available. (Still trying to find the cheapest.)
1-3PM Show up at  Port of Miami to board Carnival's Fascination.  You MUST be onboard by 3:30PM or we will wave to you from the ship as it departs.

IMPORTANT! Due to increased Security precautions, I have listed below Carnival's ID requirements. Dependent Military ID cards are NOT accepted. (Pick a box)

Mar 7 - 11 (Mon - Fri) Cruise aboard Carnival LInes Fascination departing Miami with stops in Key West, and Cozumel, Mexico, before returning to Miami.
