On the Giovanni Front...
-Jonny told Claudia he was going to find Clover, assuring his sister that he would be fine.
-Gustavo shot Billie in the
stomach after she busted him with Clover and revealed who she was.
-Wyatt was amused by Claudia's idea to use the hostage crisis a
publicity stunt for the Zacchara name.
-Gabriella and Gianni found Gustavo, oblivious to the fact that he shot
Billie Prescott and left her for dead.
Other Happenings...
-Devin wanted to get to Skye
and Kasey but didn't want to risk anything by moving from where he was.
-Catalina was affected by seeing Billie, who managed to almost make it
to the ballroom, half dead and wanted Ric to help her.
-Trish shared a talent with Liam by telling him about himself just by
looking at his gun, Liam was very much intrigued with the female cop.
-Jeremy questioned Sam and
Lucky's friendship after seeing how they care for one another.
Wyndemere Under Seige...
-Many couples stayed close to
each other in the ballroom, afraid of what would happen next: Alison &
Caleb, Aries & Roz, Julian & Anita, Stefan & V, Justus & Brenda, AJ &
Cassandra, Ian & Sadie, Grace & Derek, and Lydia & Kyle.
-Alexis, Tea, Lorezno, and Eden looked on worriedly while Alexis had a
thought of recognition about the gunman's identity but shrugged it off.
-Mia and Sage were left with a gun to protect themselves, knowing they
had to put their differences aside for the time being.
-Beckett sent Serena to Sage and Mia while he and Talon tried to find
their boss, Walker.
-Robert realized that James Craig was
not only the man holding the ballroom hostage but he also thinks that
he's Melody's father!
-Tess paired up with Roman and dropped her "Jessica" act, advising him
that they needed to work together to survive the hostage ordeal.
-Chloe offered to use herself as bait to distract James but Carly as
well as Milo and Andy shot that idea down.
-LuLu and Dillion walked in on Diego and Penny's afterglow, they all
wondered what was going on after hearing the gunshots in the castle.
-Kyan introduced Elizabeth to Lee Johnson, when James announced that he
was taking hostages, Kyan became worried about Wade.
-Sly befriended Kasey and got her to Skye, seeing how scared she was at
the current situation.
-Tia told Chelsea that she slept with Brett, Chelsea chose to save
Brett's tongue lashing for a later date given their current situation
was more dire.
-Clover ran into the ballroom, screaming for help because Billie had
been shot but with so much commotion, no one was able to do anything.
-Gia enlisted Steven to tend to Jared's wounds, unfortunately he was too late and Jared died but not before telling Tasha for the first time that he loved her.
Fear rises at the Black and White Ball...
-Alex
Devane-Marrick and Catalina found supplies around the house for a pseudo
operation that needed to be done on Billie.
-Kyan's pleas to take what he wanted and leave fell upon deaf ears where
James Craig was concerned and the two
got into a scuffle for James' gun
-Devin and Adam made their way to Kasey, Skye, and Sly, wanting to make
sure nothing happened to the two women.
-Ken thought Marina had something to do with the heist when she recalled
James, Marina denied his claims as they tried to find a working phone.
-Lucas, Bobbie, Georgie, and Guy stayed close to one another as they
watched the chaos unfold in front of them.
-Katia asked Javon to take care of Ace just in case something happened
to her.
-Carlos left Chris to watch over Lainey and Calista as he went off to
find a way to end the hostage situation.
-Helena and Victor watched as the Cassadine house became a place full of
death.
-Tia tried to make nice with "Jessica" but Tess wasn't having it. She
told her "aunt" they would help each other but not to expect anything
more.
-Jonny snatched Clover from the ballroom and she told him that Billie
was shot. They went on a hunt to find the fallen FBI agent before it was
too late.
-Robin and Patrick struggled with wanting to save people's lives and
keep their own while bullets seem to fly left and right.
-A gunshot was heard during Kyan and James' scuffle and someone was
shot! Kristina Cassadine collapsed in
the middle of the ballroom, revealing that it had been her who was shot
and that she was alive.
Escape from Wyndemere...
-Serena, Sage, and Mia climbed down the side of the parapet and decided
to use a radio in one of the boats to get help.
-Gianni and Gustavo argued about Gustavo leaving the island with
Gabriella. In the end, Gabriella chose to go with her father.
-Trevor, Spinelli, and Sienna snuck out
of the ballroom to Nikolas' office so Spinelli could use the laptop to
get help
-Jason and Nikolas decided that Nikolas will try to smuggle people out
of the ballroom while Jason went inside to help a bleeding Kristina.
Other Happenings...
-A
very much alive and well, Marty Saybrooke
arrived at Kelly's and introduced herself to Michaela and Jesse, hoping
they could help her get a room to stay in for the night.
-Chase apologized to Lori for hurting her and decided to go on the
upcoming ski trip to get closer to his step-sister.
-Valentine agreed to staying at the Quartermaine mansion for a night
much to Tracy's delight.
- Shawn bet Juliet that she wouldn't fall for him and the two enjoyed their first date at the ball. He kept up his player side but the pair slowly had a break through while exploring Wyndemere together, clueless of the gunmen.
- Kaylen hid the fact that she has a will stating she is the heir to her father's fortune and not her stepmother (Jon's mother). The pair went to the ball together and snuck out of the room when the gunmen were not looking. They hid in a walk in closet.
-Trish and Liam gave into their attraction and had sex in the lab below Wyndemere, clueless about the hostage situation going on upstairs.
Mid-November 2008

Lights Out in the Ballroom...
-Nikolas
and Jason went to get the generator working again, leaving Gia feeling
awkward seeing as how she just cheated on Elizabeth's brother.
-Danny, Wade's best friend, spoke to Ric about the life of being an
attorney and than conversed with Daniel about the ball.
-Devin and Amelia got acquainted while they waited for the lights to
come back on, though Ameilia already knew who Devin was.
-Catalina came onto Justus to spite Brenda than hired Justus as her
lawyer! She went on to annoy Ric but sensed that something was off about
him.
-Bobbie and Georgie had a private conversation about her pregnancy,
Bobbie told Georgie she wouldn't tell Frisco anything.
-Jax and Courtney approved Kate and Vaughn's business proposition, their
store "Couture" will use the MetroCourt as it's venue.
-Alexis was floored by the news that Todd Manning tried to attack her
sister and wanted revenge on the man instantly.
-Putting aside her annoyance at Lucky being her babysitter, Sam and Jeremy told Lucky about the waiters having guns, Lucky decided that's best to tell Mac so they can deal with the situation accordingly.
The
Search for Gustavo Heats Up...
-Trevor convinced Gianni to help him find his father but than parted
ways with the young man to make sure that his daughter, Mia, was ok.
-Wyatt and Gabriella got to know each other better when he was asked by
Jonny to watch her. He began to realize why his friend was so
enamoured with the young woman.
-Gustavo got a call from Anthony Zacchara who agreed to unite their
organizations. Gustavo guaranteed Anthony's release for the next day.
-Clover was snatched by Gustavo, she let him in on the fact that his
daughter was seeing Jonny Zacchara, which Gustavo was not happy about.
-Jonny met up with Gabriella, Wyatt, Claudia, Billie, and Gianni to
figure out their next move. Claudia shot down Jonny's idea to find
Clover but Jonny felt bad he let the woman out of his sight.
-Gianni and Gabriella decided to find their father, hoping that if he
saw they were ok, he wouldn't do anything rash.
-Billie went on the search to find Clover, secretly hoping that she
would find Gustavo instead.
The Teen
Scene:
-Hayden and Charlie talked about food which led to Charlie asking Hayden
is he could see her more, Hayden complied.
-Michael, Melody, Christine, and Cooper caught up and were happy to see
their friend Kasey Jacks attending the ball.
-The new girl in town, Allie, met Logan Hayes and the two went to
Kelly's for some coffee.
-Lori Clarkson and her stepbrother, Chase Marcs, ended up at Kelly's as
well. Their was an obvious chemistry between the two.
-Chloe was still trying to deal with Andy and Milo being her dates.
-Tracy Quartermaine offered to be seventeen year old, Valentine
Ferretti's, guardian when she found out that Valentine had been living
on her own since her parents dead.
-Starr
defended Cole to her father, Todd, and made it clear that she liked him.
Starr's mother, Blair, was having a hard time dealing with what Todd
told her he did to Eden Alcazar.
Other Happenings...
-Chloe Morgan and Scott Baldwin helped each other to find their way
through the darkness.
-Trish and Liam stumbled onto a laboratory in their effort to get out of
the lower levels of Wyndemere.
-Three couples hit the sheets: Ken and Marina, Lucas and Guy, and Diego
and Penny for the first time!
-Chris, Calista, Carlos, and Lainey all got acquainted with each other.
-Mia apologized to Talon and Sage for her behavior while Beckett
defended Serena against Sage, Mia, and Talon's opinions of her,
strengthening their growing relationship.
-Jason and Nikolas managed to get the lights turned back on, both
fretting over their lady loves who were with other men.
-Dimitri was gun slapped by a waiter, leaving the Marricks dumbfounded
as to what is going on in the castle.
-Jared ends up getting shot in the stomach at point blank range when he
and Tasha discover James Craig stealing the Ice Princess.
-James announces to the ballroom that they are all his hostages now with the waiters also carrying guns.
Mid-November 2008

Family is what it's all about at the Black and White Ball....
-The
Devanes decided to formally welcome Colin to the family by inviting him
to Gabriel's memorial while Noah was happy to learn of Patrick's
involvement with Robin Scorpio.
While talking to his son, he told Patrick of what Colin did to Jenna
leading Robin to realize it could lead to some awkward situations.
-Devin was
not too keen on Marisol's plan to involve Victor in getting their son
back. Instead he proposed his own idea and swore Marisol to
secrecy about his plan to get Nate back. He spoke with his sister Carly
and told Sonny he didn't think he was a bad father.
-Trevor and Ric had an unsuccessful bonding moment when Ric decided not
to confide in his father about his infidelity to Alexis and it was
obvious that Trevor was angling to get Ric to help him in his illegal
endeavors.
-AJ asked Kyan to help him get Michael back while Wade had a strange
reaction to meeting Sam Morgan. The two parted ways and Kyan bumped into
Lee.
-Robert and Holly decided to try their romance again, leaving Holly even
more torn about keeping the truth from Robert regarding him fathering
their daughter.
-Kristina was shocked to learn that Helena had killed her and Alexis'
mother while Roman suggested that Helena could very well have been using
Kristina as a tool all this time.
-Alexis chatted and ate with Zander and Fancy and was having a hard time keeping her mind off of Ric.
There's
still Love at the Ball....
-Elizabeth and Jason shared a kiss in secret and decided after the Gustavo threat was over, they were going to come clean to both Sam and Lucky so they could have a life together!
-Bobbie and
Lucas decided to marry the men they love on the same day and have a
double wedding!
-Clover and Jonny found a strange, unlikely bond when Clover got them
lost in Wyndemere on purpose.
-Rae asked Adam if they could give their relationship another go.
-Jenna and Donovan took comfort in each other after Jenna saw Colin and
Donovan saw Robin with Patrick, still having feelings for the woman he
was programmed to love.
-Roz had an episode where she saw blood on her hands. She couldn't
explain it...causing Aries to be concerned about the woman he loves.
-Vaughn
convinced Kate to come to the ball while Justus agonized over what he
was going to do to Brenda because of the blackmailer.
-Billie confessed the entire truth to Gianni, surprisingly he chose to
her help her take down his father! She than went on search for Claudia
but found Catalina instead.
-Mia had another run in with Sadie while Sadie, on the other hand, got
better acquainted with Dr. Ian Devlin.
Other Happenings...
-Tess revealed her secret to "Lance", a not so dead
Mikkos Cassadine raped her as a child.
Tess took her anger out on Nikolas and ditched "Lance", going back to
the party.
-Durant introduced Eve to Brenda in hopes of getting her a photography
job.
-Georgie Jones met a mysterious man
named Nolan who told her that he worked with famous people.
-Shane and Tierney got to know each other better while Stefan and V
worried about Wade.
- Newcomer Ryan ran into Walker and Dorian. It was clear that he had an agenda when he approached the head of the WSB. He wanted to become a member – Walker dismissed him and told him to follow the proper procedures and speak with him during his office hours.
-Jeremy bumped into Sam, the two noticed one of the waiters had a gun and wanted to make their way back to the ballroom to alert someone.
-Stavros, getting tired of the dull party decided to spice things up, the way only a true Cassadine knows how...he cut the power! Leaving everyone in Wyndemere in darkness and panic...
Mid October/Early November 2008
Love is in the Air? The Black and White Ball proves to be the perfect place for some romance…
-Jax surprised Courtney by asking her to marry him. She happily accepted. Meanwhile, the relationships between Aries and Roz and Zander and Fancy changed as well when they decided to move in together.
-After a heart to heart with her sister, Gia let her heart do the talking. She sought out Nikolas and before she could second guess her self the pair were making love.
-Dillon and Lulu announced their engagement to Lucky and Liz both of whom expressed concerns. There was more happy news for the Spencer family – Talon proposed marriage to Sage and she agreed!
-Grace found herself falling fast for the charms of Derek while Alison took an opportunity to get to know Caleb better now that his disastrous marriage to Tia is over.
-Walker and Dorian took a big step forward when he met her father and tried his best to make sure that both Mac and Felicia understood that he had the best of intentions.
-Also spotted: Spinelli and Sienna enjoying themselves, Tasha trying to teach Jared some moves, and Brooklyn gushing about her engagement to Joshua.
Romance on the Rocks…
-The building troubles between Wade and Kyan continue to cause problems at the Ball. Wade found himself drinking his fair share of champagne and musing that perhaps he shouldn’t have left Lucas after all. Realizing that Lucas was happy only served to make him more miserable and he left V worried after he begged her once again to help find his family.
-Jason and Sam fully intended to enjoy the night but the unspoken words between them threatened to ruin that. Jason revealed that he had asked Lucky to watch over her. In the argument that ensued Jason wondered if Sam didn’t want him to become more like Jason Quartermaine.
-Kristina demanded to know just how Dawn fit into Luis’ life. When he admitted that she was more than a casual bedmate, Kristina flipped out causing Luis to realize that perhaps Kristina was more invested in them as a couple then he had first realized.
-Tess was only too happy to put a dent in Ric and Alexis’ night when she revealed that she had slept with Ric. Alexis raged against him her husband before running off to bump into a disguised James. It was clear that there was a history between the pair…
Trouble is brewing…
-Stavros did his best to charm Gia by assuring her that she had done know wrong in the conflict between Steven and Nikolas. Gia found him familiar but was convinced by Stavros that they had never met. It was clear that he was planning something.
-Gustavo arrived at the ball wanting to find his children and making it clear to Trevor that he would do anything to make sure he found them. Realizing that her father was on a rampage, Johnny, Claudia and Gabriella hid within one of the many rooms of Wyndamere. Johnny decided to take Gabriella off the island but their plan was hampered by motor mouth Clover, whom Wyatt took care of by tying and gagging her!
-While Gustavo searched, he taunted Steven with visions of Gia cheating on him. Gustavo saw him as the perfect suitor for his daughter – a real clean cut gentleman. Unfortunately for him, Steven wasn’t buying into the hype. Realizing that Gustavo would no doubt turn the place into a blood bath, Trevor decided to attempt to get Mia off the island…why her? Because Mia is his daughter! A fact that Wyatt overheard!
-Kristina decided to uncover her true self by once again going into the catacombs of the island – this time she would read her file. Roman cautioned her, already knowing that her two halves were nothing alike and afraid of what her reaction might be.
-Marisol met Victor Cassadine, and realized that perhaps he could lend a hand in her quest to find Nate. After all, he did bring with him the backing of the Cassadine name.
-Mac was concerned when he heard that Maxie had gone to work for Sam – fearing that she was placing herself into harms way. When Maxie arrived, Mac intended to ask her what she was thinking…
-Todd shocked many by attempting to attack Eden. Lorenzo intervened and wanted Todd dead. Todd couldn’t resist bragging to Tea, causing her to point out that this is exactly why she kept his daughter from him.
