- Johnny learned that Gabriella was really the daughter of Gustavo Giovanni and realized that this revelation might put an end to his budding relationship. He also warned his sister that making a deal with the mad man would be akin to making a deal with the devil.
-Grace began to understand Dakota better when Dakota broke down in her office – obviously reliving a trauma from her childhood. She learned that her brother had carried on an affair with their stepfather causing to Grace to wonder if she was so angry with Kyan because she was reliving the pain felt by her brother’s betrayal.
-Both Mac and Taggert began to feel the strain of the caseload of the PCPD. Taking a moment to commiserate on their non-existent social lives, both promised to take a personal day the moment they could.
-Cooper Barrett stepped up to the plate as promised and took on his role as the newest undercover agent of the PCPD. He was briefed by Billie and Mac and realized that he was putting his life on the line.
-Tea finally let her emotions overcome her and broke down in front of Ian, who assured her that she needed to do that in order to get it out of her system.
-Eden tried her best to calm Diego’s panicked assertions that he had screwed up his relationship with Penny by telling him that the ex-waitress no doubt needed time to digest the news that he was now working for his father.
-Luis discovered that his cousin’s assistant was really a hit woman. He made it clear that her services were needed to help defeat Gustavo, even though she was pregnant.
-Jason and Sam’s relationship was further strained when Elizabeth’s name kept getting brought up during their day away from the Quartermaines and the mob life. Sam was beginning to wonder what had happened between her husband and the nurse.
-Calista met her first real interested suitor in Chris Ramsey, whom she agreed to go to the ball with after she had told him of his background – and was relieved that he didn’t go running the other way.
-The custody trial was postponed after Devin realized he couldn’t do his job and worry about his son at the same time. This was a relief to Sonny who was worried about how Leticia’s death might affect his case.
-Roz spoke with her niece about the mysterious drug that she had been given and Kasey admitted that she had hallucinated while under the affects of the drug.
-Both Bobbie and John tried to convince Sonny and Carly that Carly and the kids staying at the penthouse was not a good idea. Sonny knew that if Carly wanted to go – he would let her but he told her parents that he couldn’t make her do anything she didn’t want to.
-Todd set his sights on Eden to send a message to the Alcazar family. Zoey became worried that Todd might do something he regretted. He gave her the out but she chose to continue to help him. Todd hired EJ DiMera who promised to be on the next flight to Port Charles.
-Colin followed through on Daniel’s demands and hurt Jenna deeply when he told her he wasn’t interested in dating her and that they shouldn’t even speak to one another again.
-Johnny asked his womanizing pal, Wyatt, for advice with Gabriella and soon realized that perhaps he wasn’t the best person to ask about romance. Meanwhile, Wyatt had gotten annoying Mia Nelson down to a science. Just the mere sight of him set off her acid tongue.
-Robert and Alison exposed Tia’s baby lies at her baby shower. Caleb was devastated to learn that he had been lied to in such a way and immediately told a begging Tia that it was over before storming out the Quartermaine mansion.
-Sadie and Dorian may have perhaps had a moment of peace between them as Dorian explained how she had been working to save ReVamped for awhile now that Cleo had turned out to be a fraud and Lucy had nearly abandoned the project. She presented the model with her ideas and together they worked on a plan to keep the company going.
-Kelly met the mysterious Michael Weston and realized that he needed her help. She patched him up and suggested a few ways to figure out what was going on!
-The Black and White Ball got underway as the citizens of Port Charles put aside their current dramas to try and raise money for the hospital. Dressed in their finest they began to make their way to Wyndamere.
-Julian was surprised to discover that Anita was in fact a Cassadine. He knew that he was now walking a fine line between wanting to see the family pay for abandoning Roman and wanting to be with Anita.
-Both Roman and Kristina contemplated putting their plans into motion as they headed to the ball – Roman wanted to claim what was his and Kristina wanted to see first hand as her sister paid.
-Daniel met Tess on his way to the island and was quick to deduce that she was trouble – which meant that he wanted to get in on the action. Only time will tell if he has put his hands in too many pots…
-Stavros decided to use the Black and White Ball as his chance to show the Cassadine family that he was still alive and ready for revenge. Grace was the first to speak with him, and had no idea that she was talking with a madman.
-Catalina decided to get a closer look at the enemy – and by closer look we mean she engaged in a rather close conversation with Todd. Todd even kissed the Alcazar sibling shocking those who saw it.
-Diego went to pick up Penny and discovered that she had in fact put aside her misgivings about him working for his father for the time being so they could enjoy the ball.
-Disguised as wait staff, Connor waited for Emily to hopefully show up so he could steal more time with her. Little did he know that James had also disguised himself as a waiter – but did so with malice in his heart. He and his gang planned to steal the Ice Princess!
-Ric and Alexis soon came to face to face with Catalina at the ball. It wasn't long before Catalina was up to her old tricks and picked a fight with Alexis. Finally the pair were separated by Ric and Fancy.
- Steven and Gia met up with Nikolas and his date, Sadie soon after the ball began. It was obvious that Nikolas had eyes for Gia and things quickly escalated when Nikolas begged Gia to tell Steven that she loved him. Overwhelmed Gia retreated to the garden where she was approached by Stavros.
- Luis soon realized that Dawn was at the Ball for a little revenge. He told her that she was free to do as she wished as long as it didn't harm his family. Kristina felt a measure of jealously at seeing Luis with Dawn and asked for clarification.
- Kasey made her first public appearance at the ball, sticking close to Skye and Devin. Her aunt Roz came with boyfriend Aries who surprised her by asking her to move in with him.
-Sonny and Carly met up with John and Eve, a woman who immediately got under Carly's skin. It was obvious that Eve was trying to play the role of step mommy to the other woman and Carly made it clear that she didn't need her meddling in her life.
- Kyan and Wade's problems continued to grow at the ball but the two were perhaps able to find peace when they saw Sage and Talon, happily back together.
- Trevor warned Wyatt to stay away from Mia, setting off Wyatt's radar as he didn't know of the connection between the pair.
-Gustavo made his appearance at the ball - running into Claudia who tried to get the insane man calm as he searched for his children and promised pain to anyone who hurt them.
- Alex and Dimitri ran into Daniel, who was surprised to come face to face with the twin of his father's obsession.

Growing Mysteries, Revelations and Everything in Between:
- After he was assured that his daughter was going to be alright, Todd demanded an explanation from Tea. She pointed out that his actions toward Blair and Jack were her reason to keep Elena from him. It was clear that both parties were gearing up for a legal fight. Gia Campbell was hired by Tea and Todd’s assistant Zoey found him a lawyer in Salem named EJ DiMera. However, Todd wasn’t happy just going to the legal route – he wanted revenge!
-With Elena and Sage in the hospital, the Alcazar family rallied together…which meant that Eden and Catalina once again were at odds. This time however, Fancy tried to explain to her aunt that it wasn’t a good idea to put down Eden at every turn. Catalina refused to think of Eden anything other than the sister of the woman who had nearly killed Luis. She then managed to set off Lorenzo, who told her that he would rather not see her anymore if she was going to take that route…something that Catalina readily agreed to.
-Fancy was in for the shock of her life when Lorenzo asked her if he could adopt her and give her the official Alcazar name. In a touching moment, she agreed and was given a pendant worn by all the Alcazar’s.
-Catalina found herself face to face with Kristina, who revealed who she was. The two had common ground over the fact that they both wanted to see Alexis down and hurt. Kristina also mused on the fact that she might be falling in love with Luis.
-Jonathan arrived in town at the request of his stepsister, Kaylen. He soon discovered that her reasoning was a lie and begged her to take her life seriously and stop just seeking out sexual relationships.
-Roz was pulled into a medical mystery when the drugs that affected her niece came back as something unknown. Concerned, Roz asked around and found that no doctor at the hospital could recognize it. However, she was not going to give up that easily.
-Helena had noticed her son, Alexandros, new friendship with Allegra and decided to use it to her advantage. Using Livvie’s son as bait, she made Alex promise to stick close to Allegra and revealed that she was intending in giving Allegra Eden’s baby and making Eden think that her baby died!
-After realizing his brother was caught in the claws of Tia, Robert did some digging. He discovered that there was a possibility that Tia was not pregnant at all. He question Alison who could not quite remember what had happened during the virus but Noah confirmed to Robert that at the time, Tia was not pregnant. Robert was determined to bring the young vixen down and decided to reveal all at the baby shower!
-Karen Wexler returned to Port Charles shocking Frank Scanlon. She told him that she had suffered amnesia but that her memories had recently returned. The two were reunited.
-After James was finished playing father to Melody, he met with Marina, the owner of the up and coming art gallery. He was pretended to have an interest in art in hopes of getting his hands on the ice princess. In reality, a client had paid him big money to retrieve it. When Marina made it clear that she wasn’t selling, James realized he would have to take another no doubt messier route.
-Colin finally came face to face with Daniel, the man who had been raised like his brother. Daniel made it clear that he did not appreciate what Colin had done to his father and vowed revenge. He told Colin that if he didn’t break things off with Jenna then he would make sure that the pretty young woman suffered…Colin knew that Daniel was becoming more and more like his father everyday and had no choice but to agree.
Romance in Port Charles...it happens!:
- Doctors in love? Patrick and Robin continued to grow close and decided to go the Black and White Ball together.
-Mia had a few run ins with Wyatt – and it was clear that the two were like oil and water. He was pretty much unaffected by her sarcastic tongue and it appeared that he managed to put a few chinks in her armor.
-Billie continued to work on her plan to get insider information from Gustavo through his son Gianni. The pair met up again and shared a healthy dose of flirting ending with Gianni confessing who he was and how his fiancé was pregnant at the time of her death.
-Dillon and Lulu continued to plan for their wedding with the help of Luke and Laura. Tracy tried to appeal to Luke with her disapproval of the wedding and when that didn’t work, tried to make him angry by calling him whipped. However, Luke wouldn’t bit. Their planning was nearly spoiled by Clover Donnelly who tried to guilt her way into the Spencer home but was quickly at the end of a rare outburst from Laura.
-Talon asked Luis for permission to be with Sage. Her father gave Talon credit for having the guts to ask him and stated that he couldn’t control who Sage wanted to be with but that he would make sure that his little girl was happy. Message was received loud and clear by Talon.
- Johnny continued to see Gabriella, neither of them realizing that they were from opposite mob factions. He felt relaxed around her. Claudia made the connection however and felt that she needed to tell her brother.
The Mob Front:
- Diego revealed to Penny that he had joined his father’s organization. When she expressed his disappointment in the move, Diego panicked and called Eden for some advice.
-Gustavo continued to weave his plan – and he revealed to Claudia that he would like to see her marry his son Gianni and promised that by her doing so, he would not kill Johnny. The added bonus came when he promised that Claudia would one day gain control of the organization. She was tempted but explained that she never did anything without speaking with Johnny first.
-Johnny filled Wyatt in on what was going on in Port Charles and asked him to keep an eye on Trevor Lansing. Wyatt wasn’t really surprised to find that Trevor had switched sides and enjoyed confronting him. Trevor told the younger man that if Johnny and he stayed out of Gustavo’s way no harm would come to them. Wyatt assured Trevor that if Gustavo even tried to hurt the Zacchara’s he would make him pay.
-Marisol was very adamant that Carlos would help return Nate to she and Devin. Devin was rather hurt by her choice but it didn’t last long – Carlos chose the moment to tell her about his illegitimate daughter causing Marisol to rage against him for once again kicking her while she was done – she made it clear that after Nate was found, she intended to go through with the divorce.
-A surprising connection was revealed when new cop to the PCPD, Trish met up with her hitwoman sister Honor. It was clear that there were family issues there but the two sisters agreed that something had to be done with Giovanni. It was then revealed that Honor had worked for Gustavo in the past and still owed him! She agreed to do a job for him if he would release Nate but he refused.
-The Corinthos family were dealing with the loss of Leticia and unfortunately Michael saw the body before they were able to remove her. He was angry and demanded that his father and Jason take revenge on who did it and indicated that he wanted to have a hand in it. This worried Carly, Jason and Sonny who tried to explain to Michael that they would take care of it. However, Sonny told Carly that they would have to keep a close eye on their eldest son.
