V Ardanowski has been many things over the course of her life - a state trooper, a member of the PCPD, a waitress, a personal assistant, but never a goddess. Named over the Roman goddess of love, Venus, V prefers the shortened version of her name - so don't call her Venus without being prepared to suffer the consequences. She lived in Port Charles for a time, making friends with Ned, Jax, Alexis and Mac. But then Simon Prentiss managed to sweep her off her feet, despite her objections at first.
She left for on a cruise around the world with Simon, thinking that this was her happy ever after. She thought she was falling for Simon- perhaps she was, but she'll never know for sure. When they were in Mexico, Simon was killed when he got caught in the crossfire between Carlos and Javier Vargos and the local police. V decided she would return to law enforcement but decided she needed to go beyond a local police station. She joined the WSB, and demanded to be assigned to the Vargos case. She got the shock of her life when she found her partner was Robert Scorpio, Mac's supposed dead brother. The two managed to work together well. V has become a skilled fighter, and is good at blending in, and donning disguises...but of course, she manages to have her klutzy moments!
