Starr is the fifteen year old daughter of Blair Crammer and Todd Manning. Due to the volatile nature of her parents' relationship, Starr's young life has been filled with chaos. As a baby, Todd kidnapped her from Blair as part of a revenge scheme. She has lived through her parents' many marriages, divorces and separations. While she loves both her parents, she feels a particularly close connection with her father. She has and would do anything for Todd.
Starr was kidnapped when she was 11 years old after she ran away with her then-crush, Travis. After her parents rescued her, Starr enjoyed one loved-filled summer before Travis left her to return to New York. After her father was proven innocent in the death of Margaret Cochran and her unborn child, Blair took both Starr and her younger bother Jack on the run.
Touring the world with her mother has matured Starr. She has also grown bitter at the woman who has kept her away from her beloved father. Starr is looking forward to arrived in Port Charles to be reunited with her father and his ex-love Tea. She also looking to turn this new town on its ear.
