Penny Mitchell is probably Kelly's most faithful waitress. She began the job right out of high school after having no career aspirations. She intended to work there for a few months while she figured out what she wanted to do. But instead, she has stayed on for years now, serving coffee and providing a listening ear. She often even sacrificed her free time to cover the shifts of Kelly's other waitress Courtney and Elizabeth. It's amazing how many of Port Charles' citizens she knows...but not many know her back.
