Elizabeth has been having quite a year. She was married to Ric Lansing but his obsession with his brother led to them going their separate ways. She also gave birth to her first child, a son Cameron. She felt like things were getting back to normal - she was getting used to be a single mother and working - and she was reconnecting with old friends. Then the unthinkable happened and Elizabeth has been thrown into a living nightmare - for the longest time she thought she was responsible for the death of Faith Roscoe. In the end, she discovered she had been set up.
Elizabeth has started to work at General Hospital as a nurse. She has reunited with Lucky and the two are close. She also has allowed Zander to get to know his son. After Jason's illness, the pair have started to get to know one another again.
