She fell for Jax but in order to save her company had to marry Ned. When the mixed marriages were over, she and Jax soon parted ways. After developing a brain tumor, Chloe became key in helping Stefan Cassadine foil Helena. She fell for him but soon discovered his betrayal and left him. They might have reunited if it wasn't for Stavros Cassadine. Stavros faked her death to torture Stefan but never got the chance to do so as he was killed. Chloe stayed on her island prisoner long after Stavros' death and has finally escaped to return to Port Charles...to some kind of life.
