Blair is the ex-wife of Todd Manning and the mother of their two children Starr and Jack. After the mess with Margaret and Spencer and failed attempts after failed attempts after failed attempt to re-unite with Todd for her deceit with his trial and near execution, she took the children and fled Llanview. For the most part she is woman who knows her priorities and those priorities are her family and children, after Todd rejected her she ultimately decided to take the children and run across the world.
She has been drug back to Port Charles after her daughter Starr ran away from home to see her father. Edward Quartermaine has been contact with her as well and is more than happy to oblige her with her troubles with Todd...but at what price? She loves Todd deeply and fully but more importantly she is afraid of how he is going to react to what she has done in taking their children from him.
