Billie grew
up in Florida with her two brothers and
her parents. Her father was in the FBI
and her mother was a real state agent, even though they had demanding
jobs, Billie's parents loved each other very much. Having two older
brothers, Billie was always being picked on by them and ended up rough
housing with them when her father taught her some defensive fighting
techniques. All in all, the Myers family was your typical, suburban
family with no real problems. Billie grew up hearing about her father's
cases at work from him late at night, as those were her
bedtime stories, and found herself
intrigued by the life of an FBI agent. She loved the concept of the good
guys putting the bad guys behind bars. Her mother tried to steer her in
the direction of becoming a real estate broker like her, fearing that a
life of an FBI agent would be too dangerous for her daughter but Billie
was having none of it, she wanted to be like her father.
One year, her father got involved with an investigation on a case
involving a man named Gustavo Giovanni. Out of all the criminals he had
ever told her about, Gustavo was the worst. According to her father, he
liked to kill people's families and he was determined to put the man in
jail, seeing as how he was a dangerous mob figure in Florida. Billie and
her whole family was scared for her father but he promised him that he
would be ok and that he would succeed in taking Giovanni down. There
were many close calls that he came to arresting Gustavo but he was
always able to get off on some technicality due to high priced lawyers
he had working for her. On her seventeenth birthday, Billie had come
home late from partying with her friends and found her father, along
with her two brothers dead, shot in the head. Terrified and devastated,
Billie ran upstairs to her bedroom and hid under the bed when she heard
her mother's frantic voice coming towards her room. As well as another
man's voice. The next thing she knew, there was a tiny sound and her
mother's body fell to the ground in front of her face. The man dropped a
handkerchief on top of the body and left the house. Scared to come out,
Billie reached for it and saw that the initials "GG" were embroidered on
it and she knew exactly who it was that had murdered her family, Gustavo
Giovanni.
After graduating from high school and college as well as passing the FBI
exam, at age 22, Billie became one of the youngest agents to enter the
force. Every case that she could work with which involved mob figures,
she worked on because she was trying to find Gustavo Giovanni to make
him pay for what he had done to her family but after he murdered her
family, it seemed like Gustavo had disappeared. However, five years
later, Billie had heard little birdies saying that Gustavo Giovanni is
in Port Charles and she immediately
makes her way to the town on assignment. Finally, she's going to be able
to make Gustavo pay for what he did to her family.
