Selene and
Eva Sanchez grew up in the slums of South
America. The girls mother told them that they only had one thing
to get them out of the ghetto. Eva was first to leave the nest with her
stunning looks she ended up getting pregnant and marrying a very rich
man. Or so she said. For months Eva was well taken care of until the
man's wife found out. She demanded Eva never see her husband or the
child. So he gave her very large amount of money and told her too
vanish. So Eva had Fancy and gave her to her mother with money and ran
away with Luis Alcazar. She occasionally
returned to see the baby but her priorities were with
Luis Alcazar not her child. It was
around this time her younger sister Selene met and Santo Luna. He
seduced the sweet young woman and they married a year later in a lavish
ceremony. For the first years they were a happy couple but Santo started
to have affairs. He was more invested in his business than wife. She
often caught him at clubs and parties with other females. Selene didn't
know it but she was being driven into a very slow decent of madness.
By there fourth anniversary Selene had a surprise for Santo she was
pregnant. For a long period of time this solved there problems. The
options of a child shocked Santos into doing right. He started to woo
his wife back and see that she was something special. When she gave
birth to his only child a daughter they
named her Isabella Alina Luna. Selene was the first to give her the nick
name Belle because it meant beauty in French. For the first few years of
Belle life she remembers nothing but good memories. Her mother being
completely happy. Her father teaching her how to ride horses and warning
her about boys. But as she got older the fights grew worse. She remember
hears about a woman named Madelina who he supposed to love. The fights
grew worse and so did her mother. Belle own mother started to resent her
because Santo showed love to her. It was on her eleventh birthday where
everything fell apart. They had thrown two lavish parties back to back.
Her birthday and an after party for the adults. It was at the after
party where Selene suffered a mental breakdown. She swore he slept with
Eva! Selene then went upstairs and swallowed a handful of different
pills. They found her and rushed her to the hospital saving her life.
But they placed her in a mental institution. Belle not only lost her
mother but her father also. Santo was afraid that he'd hurt his daughter
just as bad as he did her mother. So he distanced himself from Belle.
Santo calls Eva and tells her to take Belle to Europe with her due to
her being a woman. He feels her being a woman she could teach her what
she needed to know. Eva demanded money and he gave her a hefty sum. Eva
transferred Belle to the same prestigious boarding school Sage and Fancy
went too. Belle was a little displaced in the new school. But Belle
wasn't going to show she was afraid. She instead showed nothing but
utter confidence. They she started to do what came natural to the women
of her family. She started manipulate the people around her. Belle
turned the school inside out and took the so called
Queen Bee’s boyfriend. She firmly ripped
her apart revealing her parents where broke in front of the entire
school. Raphael was her first boyfriend and she really liked him. They
spent the summer in South America with her father. Santos didn't like
his daughter dating so soon but he was a respectable boy from a very
powerful family. So he was okay with it. When she returned to
London she got a rude awaking. Eva had
fallen in love with a Greek shipping owner. She's madly in love with
him. She plans to move with him to Greece.
Eva is now taking Belle to Port Charles
with her daughters. They can handle Belle and she's already promised her
a huge Quinceanera. So her daughters will have to turn into
party planners also. Belle arrival in
Port Charles means trouble for the boys of PCH and that her father is
bound to arrive soon to check on his little
princess.
