Todd has been loved and hated by many. He's done destructive things to plenty of people - he's raped, shot, framed, blackmailed, and even murdered. Although Todd is all those things he has a good side to him which he rarely shows but to the women he loves. Viki, Jessica and Starr his ex-wife Blair would be on that list also if she trusted him for once in her life. She believe that he murdered Margaret Corchran and then she slept with the man that framed him for the crime. He went to death knowing that he would haunt her but like a miracle Todd survived and was proven innocent. Now he's fighting for kids and Blair has gone on the run last time they were seen was in Rome. He's searching for them with all his might but without his children Llanview isn't the same so he plots on hurting Blair in other ways like destroying her son Wesley life. His baby sister Tia is also in town so he will be butting into her life.
But his real task coming here is finding out that he may have a child with none other than his wife of convenience Tea Delgado. Will a baby possibly bring these two loves back?
