Noah Drake arrived at General Hospital and quickly developed a reputation of being a playboy doctor. Young, handsome, successful and charming were just a few of his attributes that attracted the women of Port Charles including nurse, Bobbie Spencer. Bobbie wanted him to commit and when he wouldn't, she faked blindness to keep a hold of him. This lie ended their relationship and he was attracted to Tiffany Hill. Bobbie and Noah reconciled for awhile but it ended yet again. After Tiffany rejected him, Noah left town to accept a surgical position in Atlanta. He married and had a son Patrick. Then the unthinkable happened - his wife was injured and he needed to perform surgery on her. Although he is a brilliant surgeon, in this case, he could not save her. Devastated he began to drink and eventually gave up his position. He had a one night stand with a woman not knowing that she would later give birth to his daughter. Now he is back in Port Charles to hopefully save Maxie.
