Lucas is the adopted son of Bobbie Spencer and Tony Jones. He is a diabetic and has struggled in school in the past. He returned to Port Charles from a camp a few months ago and has become involved in the trials and tribulations of the Spencer family. As well, he has taken Serena Baldwin out a few times but things soon fizzled out. Lucas has recently realized that he is gay and is afraid to tell his family. However things got easier once he told friend Dillon and cousin Lulu. He has recently met Wade Coleman and is attracted to him.
