years ago, Leo Dupres and Vanessa Bennett
fell into a raving river in Pine Valley,
their bodies were never found and everyone has presumed them dead since.
However, six years ago, Leo Dupres woke up in Lodon with a new face and
old memories in an abandoned hospital room, not remembering how he got
there. Finding out that he'd lost a year of his life and it was now
2003, Leo decided to not go back to Pine Valley. Not only did he not
look like himself anymore but the love of his life, Greenlee had more
than likely moved on as well as the rest of his family. Leo, not wanting
to distrupt their lives stayed living in London and got a degree in
business management. With his new face, Leo changed his named to
Leonardo Defendi-Price (a link to his old name), since that's all he
felt that he had left of his life in Pine Valley, his name.
In 2005, Leonardo would open his own chain of hotels called, the
GreenLeaf Hotels ( named after Greenlee) and would meet Anastasia
Faison. A woman that captivated his heart. Though, Leonardo never told
Anastasia about his past in Pine Valley or that he lost a year of his
life, the two got along well. Anastasia and Leo dated for a year and a
half and got engaged. Their wedding was set to be in early 2007 but
Leonardo left Anastasia at the altar; not being able to bring himself to
marry another woman knowing that he was still married to Greenlee. Not
being able to face Anastasia again, Leo left London without giving her
word. All he left her was a letter telling her that he was sorry.
Leonardo moved to Port Charles in late
2007, when he found out that his brother's ex-wife, Anna Devin was
living there. Keeping tabs on her for sometime, Leo's never made himself
known to Anna in fear that she'll alert those he loves in Pine Valley,
especially Greenlee. He's been managing the GreenLeaf Hotels from the
states, which have become highly acclaimed in
Europe. Wanting to delve into something new, Leonardo decides to
get involved in the next biggest thing in Port Charles, the fashion
industry and he's looking to work with Dorian at ReVamped.
Little does Leonardo know that fate is going turn his life upside down
by forcing him to face his past when Anastasia is brought to Port
Charles to deal with a family crisis and Greenlee comes to Port Charles
for a new job opportunity!
