Kevin Collins is one of Port Charles' most respected citizens, despite a few bumps in the road. He had trouble settling into life in Port Charles due to the fact that his twin brother had terrorized the town. But eventually he was able to prove that he was the opposite of his brother. Although, his traumatic childhood did cause him to later have a nervous breakdown and suffer blackouts. He eventually recovered and was forgiven by all.
For years he and Lucy were in love but in the end couldn't make their relationship work. However they remain friends and co-parents of Christina Collins. Kevin has two more daughters - Livvie Locke and Sam Morgan! He found out about Livvie years ago and mistook Sam for her when he ran into her. A few tests later and the confusion was cleared up - Rachel had given birth to twins and gave Sam up! He is in the process of getting to know his other daughter.
