Jonathan was born on October 31, 1984, the son of a wealthy Sarah Thomas who owns a wedding company. When Jon was 10 years old she married a lawyer named Lewis Wallace. He had a 8 year old daughter named Kaylen. When Jon is 20 years old his mother gave him a job as the head of advertising. Jon had always held a place in his heart for Kaylen but it's not until his late teen years he realizes he's in love with her. When Kaylen's father dies he tries to gives her money to support her but she doesn't accept it, instead she took off without saying goodbye. He heard from her 6 months later and that's when he gets scammed out of 20,000 dollars paying off her "abusive" boyfriend. The scam goes off a few more times before the last one in Port Charles where he figures out he's been duped. He's deeply hurt by the deception and is angry with her, but still she manages to hold power over him.
