Finally his mother finally told him that Lorenzo Alcazar is his father and now he is coming to Port Charles to get to know him, and the rest of his family. It was a rough few moments when he revealed himself to his family but they all accepted him. Now Diego is getting close to his cousin Sage, his uncle Luis and most importantly his father Lorenzo. He is also building relationships throughout town. He slept with Katia Vargos, and briefly flirted with Serena Baldwin. He also helped Penny Mitchell when she was attacked and the two have since become friends.
