Andrew is currently running for the mayor of Port Charles. He is from the prominant Barrington family, and is a cousin to Alison. He also has a past with ex-hooker Zoey Winchester. When they were teenagers they had a brief fling that resulted in her pregnancy. He was adament that she get rid of the baby. Instead she broke things off and had her baby, giving her to her cousin to raise...something he doesn't know and something that may put a cramp in his campaign if it were to come out.
