Alexandros Cassadine came to town with a mission: Destroy Talon Spencers' relationship with Sage Alcazar. His reward: Sage. Then things got complicated when he met and instantly fell for Livvie Locke. He is one of the few members of the Cassadine clan with a heart, a golden one at that. Though he tries to keep that side of him hidden, it does tend to come out. On the outside, he tries to appear to be a cold, callous cad. And though at times that might be true, if anyone were to truly get to know him and find what he kept buried deep within himself, they'd realize that he truly is a good man.
Alexandros is the son of one of Helena Cassadine's former henchman. At first he grew up living a somewhat normal life. He went to a Greek Prepatory Academy, hung out with his friends, and was even in a band. That is until the fateful day after he had turned sixteen. His father died and Helena graciously took the teen into her home and family. From that day forward, Alex continued his schooling with tutors, no longer saw any of his former friends, and left his band.
After receiving a phone call from his mother, Alexandros came to Port Charles to do a job for her. He was to seduce Sage Alcazar away from Lance 'Talon' Spencer, but right away began to rebel. Helena wanted him to use Serena Baldwin against Talon, though Alex quickly realized that he couldn't use Serena as she was not his type and far from the kind of woman he'd be involved with. Then he ran into a pregnant and teary eyed Livvie Locke. Not one to be able to walk away from a woman in tears, Alex sat and talked with her while calming her down. Though he wasn't one to easily comfort a stranger, Alex found himself strangely attracted to Livvie.
Alex and Livvie hit it off immediately, a romance slowly building between the two. Livvie even gave her son Alex's name: Jacob Alexander Locke. Alex helped in the delivery of Jacob and was also there for Livvie when she found out that she had a twin sister in Samantha McCall Morgan.
Helena in turn kidnapped Jacob and used him to get Alex to do her bidding. Alex took Sage to Spoon Island after her failed wedding and the two had a day of fun in the sun. They shared a few kisses while skinny dipping in the lagoon, but both pulled back and put the brakes on what would've happened thanks to the fact that the two were in relationships with other people. Though Alex was sure Sage didn't know about his relationship with Livvie at the time or so he thought. After dropping Sage off at her apartment later on that evening, Alex got into a horrific car crash which resulted in him having amnesia. What will become of this young mans memories? Will they ever return?
