Do Talon and Sage have a chance?

Since their first meeting Talon Spencer and Sage Alcazar have had chemistry. Their obvious attraction to each other overcome their initial issues (*cough* Serena*cough*) and they soon realized they were in love.
But the couple has been hit with crisis after crisis. How much is too much? Or will their love for one another be enough to overcome it all? Let's take a look through their history at the speed bumps to a happily ever after.
Speed
Bump #1: Talon's mysterious past. The newest PCPD detective
couldn't remember who he was! He desperately wanted to find out his
identity and turned to Sage for help...unfortunately his search for the
truth also involved one Serena Baldwin. Sage and Serena were never
going to get along - not even for the common good of helping Talon out.
And it certainly didn't help that Serena made it clear that she had
feelings for Talon too!
Speed Bump #2: Sage's criminal connections. Sage is an Alcazar, daughter of Luis and niece of Lorenzo. The Alcazar brothers have done more than their fair share of illegal activities. Talon is a cop. He has sworn to take down people like Lorenzo and Luis. Sage is very devoted to her family. She is not going to stand for anyone trying to break up her family - even if it is the man she loves!

Bump #3: Helena's meddling. In a sense, Helena created
Talon. After all she stole Luke's sperm and Laura's egg and
implanted them in a surrogate. She has sense made it her mission
to torture Talon. She sent her son, Alexandros, to "take care" of
Sage. She implanted Talon with a chip that ended up leading to him
getting sick and needing emergency surgery. Who knows if she will
ever back down?
Speed Bump #4: Their non wedding. Sage and Talon managed to survive their first few mishaps and decided to get married. They were blissfully happy in the weeks leading up to the big event. Most of Port Charles was invited to see the pair declare their love before God. But hours before the wedding, Talon suffered another attack due to the malfunctioning chip and woke up with no memory and skipped town with Serena!
Speed Bump #5: Serena. Since the beginning, Serena has been there...but she really made her presence known when she took advantage of Talon's memory loss. She convinced him that they were married and together they lived a happy life in Pine Valley. She eventually felt guilt for what she had done and attempted to reverse her actions by calling Sage and letting her know where Talon was.
Speed Bump #6: Sage gives up. Sage finally located Talon after months of wondering where he was! She stayed by his side while he underwent surgery to finally correct what Helena had done to him. Then she tearfully told him she could no longer see him. Given all that had happened between them so far, Sage could not take it anymore. She was afraid of what would happen next - the relationship was over.
But is that really it? Are a couple that have come through so much truly over? Recent scenes seem to suggest otherwise - Sage admitted she was jealous at seeing Talon with Mia. And she tearfully told him that she still loves him. Is this split just another bump in the road?
