Sydney-Junee-Canberra

Saturday 20 September was the last day with our rental car; we drove to Sydney airport where we delivered the car early in the morning. We stayed in Sydney untill Thursday the 25th. On Saturday and Sunday Mary and Dave showed us around  Sydney; very kind of them! We have seen a lot of Sydney, by ferry boat, by Sydney-Eplorer bus and by walking.Chinatown, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay with the famous Opera House and The Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Botanic Garden, Art Gallery of NSW and the Aquarium. It was all very interesting and worthwile. On Tuesday 25 September we took the train to Junee (near Wagga Wagga) On the map it seems nearby but it took 6 hours to get there. We stayed three nights at Melinda and Murray's - very nice people who showed us around Junee, Wagga Wagga and the area.Sunday the 28th they drove us to Canberra, where we met Paul and Judith. Judith gave us a city tour but she had completely forgotten the time, and we were just in time to catch the plane to Adelaide.
