Description:To be blunt, Kain is hypnotized by someone who is hypnotized by someone who is the last boss, to do evil things, including beat up his best friend, and hit on his best friend's girlfriend. He betrays everyone at least once...but we love him anyway.

Description:For all he did, Cecil easily gained Rydia's trust. He burned down her village and killed her mom, but hey, he saved her from easily beaten guards, didn't he? Let's entrust him with our lives! Rydia is actually one of the best magic users in the game. Throughout it, she learns various White, Black and Call magic. Sort of physically weak, but who cares? She can summon Bahamut!!

Description:If you compare Rosa to Rydia, it's easy to see. Rosa is definitely the prissy one. She basically CLINGS to Cecil until Golbez kidnaps her, which puts a major cramp in Cecil's quest. She and Cecil are dating, and they seem to have been for a long time. Good at Cure magic.

Description:Hmmm...how can I put this lightly....Edward is a weakling! His weapon is a HARP, and he falls down at just about the most inopportune times. (i.e., when you are running from evil monsters) His strength never really improves all that much, but thankfully, he leaves after a while.

Description:Palom is the male component of the Mysidian twins. He is misbehaved, loudmouthed, and generally rude. But that's why we love him! Before Tellah remembers his spells, Palom's magic is actually better. And his Twin move is absolutely amazing!

Description:Yang is the Karate Master of Fabul. He is undoubtably one of the best fighters in the game, up there with Cecil and Edge. But, the selfless fool decides to sacrifice himself to save the Dwarves. A few explosions later, and Yang just isn't in your party anymore.

Description:Cid is a little above average when it comes to combat. He's good, but just doesn't really have any special abilities except for Peep, which is next to worthless on Bosses. Not to say that Cid isn't good. We all love him...he's just funny looking. And of course, he has to have his hand at blowing himself up to save someone, too. High HP though.

Description:I'll admit it. I never liked Porom. Sure, her White Magic helps you beat Milon, but Milon's a twerp anyway. All she does besides that is keep Palom in line, and who wants to keep him in line?! I think he's funny.

Description:Edge is sort of like Palom, except he likes hot girls. It's a fact. The only reason that he even joins your party is because Rydia sheds some tears over Tellah, Cid and Yang, (two of which who aren't even dead) and bam. He's in looove. He is a really good fighter, especially after he learns Flood and Blitz. And no, he doesn't blow himself up. He hits on women.

Description:FuSoYa is from the moon, and he's Cecil's uncle. he comes with you for no reason other than to blow up a giant robot. Which is actually a good reason, but....c'mon, he has the longest beard anyone's ever SEEN! He looks like a jellyfish when he dies. But enough of that. He also happens to know all the spells of Black and White in the game.
