INITIAL CONCEPT

On completion of this sketched section, this initial proposal appeared too institutional and regular in its floor plates. The form was not promoting my pedagogical position which promoted visual communication between spaces and greater interaction between students. This was also limited in this proposal by the fact that the central void had to be filled to comply with the client brief of approximately 20,000 sqm.
