| You Built a Time-Machine Out of a DeLorean? |

| The number plate is nearly burning-hot and Marty drops it as soon as he picks it up, what has Doc done, he's distingrated Einstein! His own dog! Doc however, tells him that both Einstein and the car are completely intact. "Then where the Hell are they?" Marty demands to know. "The correct question, Marty is when in the Hell are they..!" Doc replies, then goes onto say that he has sent Einstein into the future! One minute into the future, and soon they will catch up with them. |

| Marty can't believe it. "You made a time-machine out of a DeLorean?" "I figure if you're gonna build a time-machine in a car, why not do it with some style?" Doc replies, but before he can say any more his watch beeps and he quickly pushes Marty out of the way, just before there is a huge flash of light, the DeLorean appears out of nowhere coming to an abupt halt. Doc is a shocked as Marty as the two of them stare at the DeLorean, covered in a strange mist. |

| As Doc moves towards the DeLorean it suddenly emits a huge cloud of exhaust, which gives Doc a shock, but he heads over to the car and goes to open the door. When Doc gives a yelp Marty's worried that he's burnt himself, but it turns out that the car is 'damn cold' instead, and Doc is forced to open it with his foot. Inside Einstein is sitting still safely strapped in! |

| Doc is exactic Einstein's stopwatch is now one second behind his own! Marty is surprised that Einstein seems just fine as if nothing has happened. Doc doesn't think that's so odd, as explains to Marty Einstein's completely unaware that anything has happened, the trip happened in an instant, which is why the stopwatches are now a minute apart. |

| Doc then tells Marty to come over and he'll show him how the machine works, demonstr-ating how you have to first turn on the time circuits. By typing in a few different dates Doc shows how you can pick the time you want to go to, finishing on a 'red letter date', November 5th, 1955. |

| Marty doesn't get the significance of the date, but Doc quickly explains it to him, on that particular day he was standing on his toilet hanging a clock, he fell and hit his head on the edge of the sink knocking himself out. When he came to he had " A vision. A revelation! A picture in my head, a picture of this!" He points to the strange 'Y' shaped device sitting behind the drivers seat, which is what makes time-travellng possible. "The Flux Capacitor." |

| Marty is extremely impressed by the whole machine, wondering exactly how Doc powers the thing, assuming he must do it through some miracle with gasoline. But Doc tells him that he needs something with a little more kick, plutonium! Marty can't believe it! The DeLorean is a nuclear?! Doc tells him that the car is mostly electrical, but the only way to get the Flux Capicator to work is with a huge output of energy. Be that as it may, the question is, where on Earth did Doc get his hands on plutonium, because he has an entire case on it right by his truck, surely he must have stolen it. Doc said he was given it by a group of Lybian Nationalists, who wanted him to build a bomb, Doc says he took the plutonium and gave the Lybians a bomb case filled with used pinball machine parts! He offers to get Marty a radiation suit so he can observe the fueling of the Flux Capacitor. The only thing Marty can say to that is. "Holy Shit." |
